மதுரை, செப்.27-ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் நடத்திய முதுகலை பட்டதாரி தமிழ் ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கான எழுத்துத்தேர்வில் 150-ல் 47 கேள்விகளில் அச்சுப்பிழை இருந்தது. அச்சுப்பிழையுடன் கூடிய கேள்விகளுக்கு
கருணை மதிப்பெண் வழங்க உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்று மதுரையை சேர்ந்த விஜயலட்சுமி என்பவர் மதுரை ஐகோர்ட்டில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தார்.வழக்கை விசாரித்த ஐகோர்ட்டு, மறுதேர்வு நடத்துவது குறித்து அரசின் முடிவை தெரிவிக்க உத்தரவிட்டது. இந்த நிலையில் அந்த வழக்கு நீதிபதி எஸ்.நாகமுத்து முன்னிலையில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. அப்போது அரசு தரப்பில் மறுதேர்வு நடத்துவது குறித்து எந்தமுடிவும் தெரிவிக்கப்படவில்லை. இதைத் தொடர்ந்து வருகிற 30-ந் தேதி தீர்ப்புக்காக வழக்கு தள்ளிவைக்கப்பட்டது.

வழக்கு தொடுத்திருக்க தேவையில்லை . பெரும்பாலான கேள்விகளில் "ங்" க்கு பதிலாக "து" என அச்சாகி உள்ளது .
ReplyDeleteஓரிரு கேள்விக்கு பதில் அளிக்கும்போதே இதை B வரிசை தேர்வர்கள் கவனித்து இருக்கலாம். இந்த சமயோசிதம் தெரியாத யாரோ ஒரு நண்பர் தான் வழக்கு தொடுத்திருக்கிறார். அதற்கு கோர்ட்டும் வக்காலத்து வாங்குகிறது .
எனவே மறுதேர்வு அவசியமில்லை !

Deletethis case was put by means of political influence...this women who put the case able to score 50 to 60 marks only even if the qn paper correctly printed...she definitely wont get the job in the future...

this justice always give the judgement against our government....last year too by his judgement many merited candidates thrown away from the list.....one thing friends..God will be with us..no one against us...

ReplyDeletePG TAMIL HARDWORKERS APPEAL FOR FURTHER JUDGEMENT:
Today (30.09.2013) Judgement for our PG TAMIL judgement at MADURAI HC.
Whether the tn govt & trb finalised as re valuation by deleting 40 spelling mistaken (or anyother move as forming an special expert team to analyse & delete the no of tough qns that not to b understood) or nods at court as re exam as said by madurai hc.
Judge says even if problm for B series 40 qns to b deleted, A C D series who scored marks in that 40 shall b affected. One thing we note that-re exam solution is already decided by madurai hc in all situations.(without forming any team for analysing the error qn or quering more affected B series different candidates or even quering the A C D series candidates) On other hand govt & trb stood on the same thing as re exam cant b conducted since students in schl get affected if tchrs appointed late.
As said already in last hearing, if trb says the govt voice as no chance for re exam-it wil not affect the hardworkers of A C D & also B series candidates. (Only lower mark scorers of all series struggling & expecting re exam).
If the judge turns hard & give judgement as re exam should b conducted, we the higher scorers of all series wil appeal to Chennai HC for better judgement even if trb nods to that judgement since our sweat & hardwork goes vain.
One thing keep in mind that, madurai hc doesnt wants the solution for the error problem. Just the court stayed. Framing a good expert team by court or govt & analysing the higher error qns (hardly 15 qns-others r very easy to find. Just an one letter changed which wil b easily understandable if few qns with same error read) and deleting that 15 ton12 qns wil b the better sol. (Note that last yr the same judge deleted 19 qns for PG BOT & evaluated only 131 qns out of 150.)
So the harworkers of all series be aware of the tom decision by govt, trb & court.
Note that none of the B series candidates throughout tamilnadu didnt get arised after writing pg tam trb outside the exam hall or on the same week. Even the writ was not filed to cancel the exam & ask to conduct re exam on the next week of examination held-21.07.2013. Even the candidates more than 30 lost their mobile phones at one pg trb exam centre gathered when they came out of exam hall published in flash news. Why this was not done by single B series candidates after exam? They all waited till publishing the tentative key for grace marks without facing re exam. Since they knew trb wont give grace marks they filed writ. From july 21, asking re exam within 2 months within sep 21 shall b wise.
So, dear hardworkers, we shall appeal for further judgement. We have the right to fight for our rights.
