வகுப்புவாரி இடஒதுக்கீட்டின் கீழ் இறுதி கட் -ஆப் மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர்கள் அனைவரும் அழைக்கப்படவில்லை .வயதில் மூத்தோர் மட்டுமே அழைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர் .இதனை எதிர்த்து மதுரை ஐகோர்ட் கிளை யில் 3 வழக்குகள் தொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன இவ்வழக்குகள் இன்று ( அக்18)நீதியரசர் டி எஸ் சிவஞானம் முன்னிலையில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தன.வழக்கை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி அதனை வருகின்ற 21 தேதிக்கு ஒத்திவைத்தார் அன்றைய தினம் மூன்று வழக்குகளும் நீதியரசர் நாகமுத்து அவர்கள் முன்னிலையில் விசாரணைக்கு வரும் என தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.அக்21மாலை வழக்கின் நிலை குறித்து தெரியவரும்.

ReplyDeleteTRB SHOULD ALWAYS PUBLISH THE CV LIST UNDER 1:2 RATION, THEN ONLY RIGHT CANDIDATE CAN BE SELECTED. THIS TIME CALLED CV UNDER 1:2, IN THIS CASE ANY REJECTION AND ABSENT, TRB SHOULD PUBLISH ANOTHER WAIT LISTED CANDIDATE LIST. THIS WILL TAKE EXTRA TIME TO SELECT.
ReplyDeleteTHE COURT SHOULD STAY THE CV AND ORDER TRB TO CALL FRESH CV LIST UNDER 1:2 BASIS. USUALLY TRB CALL FOR CV UNDER SENIORITY BASIS AS 1:5, SO THIS TIME 1;1 CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
always TRB called students in the ratio 1:1 in the direct recruitment process... it is not seniority recruitment process(1:5)...no body can stay the CV...nothing will happen...wait and see...if this Judge stay the next step of TRB process also, TRB will appeal in the bench and it will overcome the hurdle...hereafter they dont obey the unacceptable judgement....

also one good news for CV candidates..judgement by supreme court before 3 weeks is.."A bench, headed by Justice K S Radhakrishnan, said courts shall not interfere in matters of education unless there is a violation of statutory provisions and it is open to the UGC to lay down any qualifying criteria".
so no one stop the recruitment process.. herafter court shall not interfere in the education matter...
Well said. Approaching court very often for this kind of silly issues simply wasting their time and ours as well. Candidates would have directly contacted TRB to resolve their problems instead of putting cases in court.

DeleteTrb released CV list is perfectly correct. Trb got one special policy matter from educational secretery. So the case would rejected in court on 21st Oct.
If somebody miss the cv., or rejected by CV. The second list will release.
you are wrong, if trb called for CV under giving preference to DOB. it should be clearly mention in the hand book. so trb should obey the court order.

why n the case marks are equal, all the candidate mus be called forcv, during cv the dob can be taken for merit. why trb doing this method before cv. If any rejection and absent in Cv, then what will trb do to fill this vacancy. so everybody should call for cv

ReplyDeleteyou should calculate your quota in numbers only, either it may be 1 to 93, you can calculate how many women candidate from 1-96, ie GW . it comes to right as per quota.
