ரசு பள்ளிகளில் 5 ஆயிரம்முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்கள் காலியாக இருப்பதால் அரசு பொதுதேர்விற்கு தயாராகும் பிளஸ் 2 மாணவர்கள் பெரிதும்பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.மாநில அளவில் 4 ஆயிரத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட
அரசு, உதவி பெறும் மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகள்உள்ளன. நடப்பு காலம் வரை தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம், கணிதம் உட்பட அனைத்து பாடங்களுக்கும்5 ஆயிரம் முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்கள் பணியிடங்கள் காலியாக உள்ளன. இந்நிலையில், மாநிலம் முழுவதும் 3,585 முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்கள் பதவி உயர்வுக்காக பணி மூப்புபட்டியலில் உள்ளனர். இதற்கான, கவுன்சிலிங் அறிவிக்கவில்லை. மேலும், ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரிய தேர்வின் மூலம் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற 2,000 முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பணி நியமன உத்தரவும் வரவில்லை.

இந்த சூழலில், மார்ச்சில் பிளஸ் 2 மாணவர்களுக்கான அரசு பொதுதேர்வை தேர்வுத்துறை இயக்குனரகம் அறிவித்துள்ளது. தேர்வை சந்திக்க மாணவர்கள் தயாரான நிலையில், அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் போதிய முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்களின்றி பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். குறிப்பாக, முக்கிய பாடங்களான கணிதம், ஆங்கிலத்திற்கு கூட ஆசிரியர்கள் இல்லை. இதனால், தேர்ச்சி விகிதம் குறையும் அபாய நிலை உள்ளது.
முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் சங்கங்கத்தினர் கூறியதாவது:
"சுமாராக படிக்கும் மாணவர்களை தேர்ச்சி பெற செய்யும் நோக்கில் கணக்கு, ஆங்கிலம் உள்ளிட்ட கடினமான பாடங்களில் அக்கறை எடுத்து நடத்துவர். இதற்காக, தேர்வு நேரத்திற்காக முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்களை மாற்று பணியில் நியமித்திருந்தாலும், எண்ணிக்கைக்கு ஏற்ப உரிய ஆசிரியர்களின்றி பாதிக்கப்படுவர்.என்னதான், சிறப்பு வகுப்புகள் நடத்தினாலும் வகுப்பறையில் சொல்லித்தருவது போன்றுஇருக்காது. ஓரிரு மாதங்களில் முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்களை கல்வித்துறை நிரப்ப நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்" என்றனர்.

ReplyDeleteThe government has indirectly wanted to close the govt schools hand over to private owners. This proposal was almost implemented in primary schools on the grounds of low strength of students. Actually this low strength is due to only poor education provided in government schools and Tamil medium. Govt is not interesting in opening new schools and appointing new teacher. Improper teacher and student ratio and poor infrastructure are reason for poor education in govt schools. This will force the parents to go to private schools for seeking better education for their children. As final the govt close the schools as decided. This attitude will spoil our right to education and our Tamil language
