No chance for the cancellation of Relaxation of TET 2013 even supreme or high court interfere. Bcos its the policy matter of state govt as directed by RTE act.

I can understand all your feelings.
Reality is that govt hav no idea of relaxing tet marks. Since Dhesiya thaalthapattor anaiyam condemned tn govt why relaxation not given in tet-tn govt 'not feared' abt its condemn and announced relaxation. They can simply says as relaxation is not must as per NCTE rules in RTE ACT of conducting TET & nobody have a right to give pressure for relaxation in tet to state govt. But to overcome all negative against govt during election time relaxation annonced to avoid bad opinion. Only this situation made all to comment here.
If tet 2013 relaxation not announced tet cv candidates get job earlier than election date.
If tet 2013 relaxation not announced, tet 2012 relaxation writ not claimed in hc.
I commented as nobody(even hc or sc) can hav a right to interfere in govt policy of relaxation from tet 2013 onwards. Since it is state govt rights.
But for 2012 tet relaxation writ, govt is forced to ans in court why relaxation not extended up to 2012. So, Govt AGP would produce positive or negative ans abt tet 2012 relaxation. Note that judge hav 'no right" to direct tn govt to giv relaxation for tet 2012. But he would 'suggest or ask tn govt to consider' tet relaxation for 2012 or it may b to solve all give relaxation from 2014 onwards.
(relaxation frm 2014 wil not come true since cv for relaxation started already.)
Govt being an authority to conduct exam & appoint for job hav a right to change anything in selection process. I can understand it wil affect one sector.
All tet cv finished think that 15, 000 posts r only for us based on written tet marks & higher weightage before relaxation.
Now weightage writ too filed. Higher scorers think weightage mide cancelled-we wil succeed.
Relaxaed 82-89 scorers frm tet 2013 think we wil get job by pulling all with high weightage.
Since tet 2012 is denied relaxation last year with 82-89 marks in tougher questions with below 1% pass filed writ & think that court wil instruct govt to relax 2012 also & we would get job preferences.
All more than 75, 000 r tug in war for just 15, 000 posts. All would b based on court judgement & govt decision for that.
My opinion is that court 'can' understood the hard work of 82-89 of tet 2012 & consider relaxation.
TET 2012 claiming only their rights for their earlier hardwork in the court. Its govt wish to crown it or threw it.
(Not in tet 2013 prospectus, but in the NCTE guidelines for state govt to conduct tet - the line - 'state govt may consider 5% relaxation to few community' was given)

So 82-89 marks(closer to below 1%) in tet 2012 is more valuer & it is scored only by the efficient candidates. So high court wil direct the govt to relax up to tet 2012.
(The tet 2013 candidate who scored more than 100 with weightage above 85 hav a constitutional right to claim job for his her tet 2012 relaxation marks 82-89 with preference in selection than tet 2013.)
It is true that relaxing marks for computer tchrs after exam rejected by supreme court. But TN GOVT even though announced relaxation after cv, they hav legal right to relax as NCTE instructions. They got approval from cabinet ministers & only then they passed relaxation. State govt hav a right to relax the marks at any time-since they r the appointment authority. They hav the right to change any procedure in selection process.
(Relaxation procedures r listed in detail in TET 2013 prospectus as state govt may consider 5% relaxation. So no tet 2013 deserve right against questioning relaxation of marks after cv.)

If after cv relaxation possible means , time of cv there is a chance to cancel the relaxation . also thesiya thaiyathapattore anayaim not having rights to involve state govt policy , but our govt only given relaxation because of election base . relaxation not given that time all 15000 cv finished candidates having job write now

Even trb didn't knew who goes gor job from tet candidates!!!
Even if court ask govt to consider relaxation for tet 2012, only if the govt hav willing in it - they can change. Else its our fate to strive.

ReplyDeleteTODAY ALL TET CASES WERE NOT COMING IN TIME OF HEARING. THE CASES APPROACHING TO NEAR THE TIME IS OVER. SIMILARLY THE ADVOCATE GENERAL HAS NOT COME IN THE COURT. THE GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE REQUESTED TO HON`BLE JUSTICE ALL THE TET CASES TO POSTPONED ON FRIDAY(21.03.2014) AT 02.15 PM ( I.E. CHALLENGING TO GO`S 252,29,25 THE ADVOCATE GENERAL SHOULD ATTEND ON THAT DAY.

NAGAMUTHU SAID TO TRB. EVERY CANDIDATE BEGGING 1/2 AND 1 MARK FOR THEIR JOB THAT IS THEIR LIFE. BUT, I AM WATCHING PAST TWO YEARS, TRB TAKING WRONG QUESTION, GIVING WRONG ANSWERS AND IN CORRECT MARKS AWARDED AND ALSO FACING MORE CASES AGAINST TRB.I FEEL VERY SAD FOR TRB SLAG HANDLING. ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்தால் 7.3.2012ல் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட ஓர் உத்தரவில்(எண்:04/2012), 23.8.2010க்கு முன் ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனம்
தொடர்பாக சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு அல்லது அது தொடர்பான நடவடிக்கைக்கு
உட்பட்டிருந்தால் , 23.8.2013க்கு பின் பணி நியமனம் செய்வதில், அந்த ஆசிரியருக்கு டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிப்பதாக 25.5.2013ல்,டி.ஆர்.பி., அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டது.
இதன்படி, மாநிலத்தில் அரசு மற்றும் உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளில், பட்டதாரி மற்றும் இடை நிலை ஆசிரியர்கள், 2010 முதல் 2012 வரை, 18
ஆயிரம் ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டனர். இவர்கள், டி.இ.டி., தேர்வு எழுத தேவையில்லை என அப்போது அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டது. இந்நிலையில், பணியேற்று இரு ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவடைந்த ஆசிரியர்கள், தகுதி காண் பருவத்திற்காக, அவர்களது பணிப் பதிேவடுகளை, முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும். அப்படி அனுப்பப்படும் பணிப் பதிேவடுகளை கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் பரிசீலித்து, 'உங்கள் பணி
நியமன உத்தரவில், ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற பின்தான், உங்களது தகுதி காணபருவத்தை முடிக்க இயலும்,'எனபதில் கூறி, சம்பந்தப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு திருப்பி அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படுகின்றன. பாதிக்கப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள் கூறுைகயில், "டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில், அரசு விலக்கு அளித்தும், அது நடை முறைப்படுத்தவில்லை," என்றனர்.

செய்வதற்கான சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு முடித்தவர்களுக்கு, டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்க வேண்டும். அதற்கான 'தவிர்ப்பாணை', பள்ளிக் கல்வி மூலம் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும், என்றனர்.

ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் கூடுதலாக தேர்ச்சி பெற்றோருக்கான சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பில் இதுவரை 8 ஆயிரம் பேர் பங்கேற்றுள்ளனர்.
ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் கூடுதலாக தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற 46 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கான சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு மார்ச் 12-ஆம் தேதி தொடங்கியது.
சென்னை, மதுரை, திருச்சி, சேலம், கும்பகோணம் ஆகிய 5 இடங்களில் சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு முதல் தாளில் கூடுதலாக தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கான சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு இப்போது நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
ஒரு மையத்துக்கு 300 பேர் வீதம் 5 மையங்களில் நாளொன்றுக்கு 1,500 பேர் சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பில் பங்கேற்க அழைக்கப்படுகின்றனர். இதுவரை சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்புக்கு அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்களில் 1 சதவீதத்துக்கும் குறைவானவர்கள் மட்டுமே பங்கேற்கவில்லை என அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்தனர்.
பத்தாம் வகுப்பு, பிளஸ் 2 பொதுத்தேர்வுகளைப் பாதிக்காத வகையில் மாநிலம் முழுவதும் 5 மண்டலங்களாகப் பிரிக்கப்பட்டு சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு நடத்தப்படுகிறது.
கடந்த ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் நடைபெற்ற ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் 60 சதவீதம் (90 மதிப்பெண்) எடுத்து தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற 29 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கான சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு ஏற்கெனவே நடைபெற்றுள்ளது.
இந்தத் தேர்வில் இடஒதுக்கீட்டுப் பிரிவினருக்கு தமிழக அரசு 5 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் சலுகை வழங்கப்பட்டது. இதையடுத்து, ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் 46 ஆயிரம் பேர் கூடுதலாக தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர்.
