ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம்மூலம் அரசு மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளுக்கு விரைவில் 1,062 முதுகலைபட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட உள்ளனர்.அரசு மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்களில் 50 சதவீதம் நேரடித்தேர்வு மூலமாகவும், 50 சதவீதம் பதவி உயர்வு மூல மாகவும் நிரப்பப்படுகின்றன.
ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்தின் போட்டித் தேர்வு மூலமாக நேரடி நியமனங்கள் செய்யப்படுகின்றன. கடந்த ஆண்டு 1,807 முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் (உடற் கல்வி இயக்குநர்-கிரேடு-1 உள்பட) ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் மூல மாக தேர்வுசெய்யப்பட்டு அரசு மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் பணிய மர்த்தப்பட்டனர். இந்த காலியிடங் கள் 2013-14, 2014-15-ம் கல்வி ஆண்டுகளுக்கான காலியிடங்கள் ஆகும்.இந்த நிலையில், நடப்பு கல்வி ஆண்டில் (2015-16) 1,062 முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களையும், உடற்கல்வி இயக்குநர்களையும் நியமிக்க பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறைக்கு அரசு அனுமதி அளித் துள்ளது. தற்போதைய நடை முறைகளின்படி, ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்தின் போட்டித்தேர்வு மூலமாக இந்த காலியிடங்கள் நிரப்பப்படும். எனவே, இதற்கான அறிவிப்பை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெகுவிரைவில் வெளியி டும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கான கல்வித்தகுதியைப் பொருத்தவரையில், சம்பந்தப் பட்ட பாடத்தில் இளங்கலையும், முதுகலையும் படித்திருப்பதுடன் பி.எட். பட்டமும் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். வெவ்வேறு பாடத்தில் இளங்கலையும்,முதுகலை பட்ட மும் பெற்றிருந்தால் விண்ணப் பிக்க முடியாது. உடற்கல்வி இயக்குநர் (கிரேடு-1) பணிக்கு ஏதேனும் ஒரு பட்டப்படிப்புடன் எம்பிஎட் முடித்திருக்க வேண்டும். 57 வயது வரை விண்ணப்பிக் கலாம்.

ReplyDeleteWhat is the result of 55% passed candidates? When I worked in matrix,my colleague,who completed B.A,B.Ed recently, got 84 in tet and I got 87 in tet. But she got job. Even though I have a good experience in teaching and more senior of her, because of cut of marks I couldn't get it. What a govt decision is it!! Two days before it was eligible and two days after it was not eligible. Why they are not thinking the difference about education and marks in 1998 and 2010,11.... There is no value in experience and good teaching. Though I have given centum in English and 8 year experience in teaching 10 th std, I am jobless. But she got without experience of teaching. When will they understand and give the judgement??? Will they good and correct judgement???? Mmm... Again we need to learn trb....fate..
