தமிழக முதல்வருக்கு TET நிபந்தனை ஆசிரியர்களின் கோரிக்கை- தமிழ் சுடர்

நீங்கள் ஒவ்வொருவரும் கல்விச்செய்தியின் அங்கமே..
வாசகர்களின் கருத்து சுதந்திரத்தை வரவேற்கும் இந்தப்பகுதியை ஆரோக்கியமாக பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ள அன்புடன் வேண்டுகிறோம்.

ReplyDeleteThis is our time, we have to decide whether she has to comeback or not.we show about our power to them,be unite and rebel against the state government of Tamilnadu.Then the government will realize about their mistakes.Dont forget my dear friends we had lost everything and there is nothing more to loose.we have to be unite against Weitage system and theirlongest process of larthargical recruitment.

ReplyDeleteEverything is possible on coming election and we can make fear on government about the unemployed Tet passed teacher including the teachers whoever has passed Tet exam with 55 percent.

ReplyDeleteWe are the people would have been studied in B.Ed. Knowledge is a process.some of us had not been studied well in our school days but we would have been improved in later days with the help of hard work so it is improvable,in this case the government did not take the decision with educational psychology. So the first we have to ask tamilnadu government and their admin to learn psychology then they could conduct the Trb exam ,andso they would realise the fault of weightage system.

ReplyDeleteநடந்து முடிந்த பாரளுமன்ற தேர்தலில் அம்மா அவர்களின் வேட்பாளர்கள் 39/39 இடங்களில் வெற்றி பெற்றதற்கு ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் தளர்வும் அதன் மூலம் நடைபெற்ற பணி நியமனம் தான் என நமது நண்பர்கள் பலர் கூறினார்கள், அது எந்த அளவுக்கு உண்மை என்பது எனக்கு தெரியாது ஆனால் அதுவும் ஒரு காரணமாக இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் இப்பொழுது நடைபெறும் சட்ட மன்ற தேர்தலில்
தமிழக முதல்வர் மாண்புமிகு அம்மா அவர்கள்,
அரசு ஊழியர்கள் கோரிக்கை,
அரசு ஆசிரியர்களின் கோரிக்கை,
தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கான மற்றும் ஒரு பணி நியமனம் நடைபெறுமாயின் அதிலும் மதிப்பெண் தளர்வு உறுதி செய்யும் வகையில் பணி நியமனம்,
போன்ற கோரிக்கைகளை நிறைவேற்றினால்,
அம்மா அவர்கள் கூறியது போல் 234/234 என்பது 100% உறுதி செய்யப்பட்ட வெற்றியாகும்,

ReplyDeleteகடந்த சில நாட்களாக ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு நிபந்தனைகளுடன் தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளின் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களின் கண்ணீருடன் பணி புரியும் நிலை பற்றிய செய்திகள் அவ்வப்போது வெளிவந்த வண்ணம் உள்ளன.
23/08/2010 க்குப் பிறகு தமிழக அரசின் முறையான அனுமதியுடன் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களாக பணி நியமனம் பெற்று பணியில் உள்ள ஆசிரியர்களின் தற்போதைய நிலை மங்கிய பயணமாக செல்கிறது.
காரணம் வரும் நவம்பர் 2016 தான் அவர்களின் எல்லை மாதம் ( தகுதித் தேர்வு நிபந்தனைப்படி ) .
மிகவும் மன கஷ்டமான சூழலில் பயணிக்கும் இந்த ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு இந்த நிபந்தனைகள் காரணமாக பல பலன்கள் நிறுத்தப்பட்டது.
வளரூதியம்,
ஊக்க ஊதியம்,
விடுப்பு பலன்கள்,
பதவி உயர்வு,
தகுதி காண் பருவம் போன்றவைகள் ஆங்காங்கே வாய்மொழி உத்தரவு நிறுத்தம்.
சில ஆசிரியர்கள் ஊதியம் பெறாமல் இன்றளவும் பணி புரிகின்றனர்.
இதில் சுமார் 3300 ஆசிரியர்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் பணி புரிந்து வருகின்றனர்.
கடந்த நான்கு ஆண்டுகளில் இவ்வளவு சிக்கல்கள் மத்தியிலும் சிறந்த முறையில் பணி புரிந்து தம் தகுதிகளை நிரூபித்து வரும் இவ்வகையான ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு தகுதித் தேர்வில் இருந்து முழு விலக்கு அளிக்கும் பட்சத்தில் மட்டுமே இப் பிரட்சனைகள் முழுவதும் தீரும்.
மாவட்ட வாரியாக இச்சிக்கலில் உள்ள 50க்கும் ஆசிரியர்கள் இதனைக் கோரிக்கை மனுவாக (கடந்த சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு) சென்னையில் கூடி தமிழக பள்ளிக்கல்வி இயக்குனரிடம் கொடுத்து இருந்தனர்.
இதன் அடுத்த நிகழ்வாக மாண்புமிகு தமிழக முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் நேரடி கவனத்தில் கொண்டு செல்லும் முயற்சியில் பல ஆசிரியர்கள் தமிழக முதல்வரின் தனிப் பிரிவுக்கு பதிவுத் தபால்களை கடந்த வாரம் எழுதி அனுப்பியுள்ளனர்.
இதில் மாண்புமிகு தமிழக முதல்வரின் ஆட்சியில் பணியில் சேர்ந்த அவர்களின் பணிப் பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்யும் பொருட்டு 23/08/2010க்குப் பிறகு அரசு விதிகள் அடிப்படையில் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணியில் சேர்ந்த அவர்களுக்கு ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்விலிருந்து முழு விலக்கு என்ற ஒரு நல்ல தீர்வை விரைவில் தர மாண்புமிகு "அம்மா"வினால் மட்டுமே இயலும் எனவும், பணியில் சேர்ந்த நாள் முதல் இன்றுவரை அவர்கள் சிந்தும் கண்ணீரைக் கட்டாயம் மாண்புமிகு தமிழக முதல்வர் துடைத்து நல்ல தீர்வை எடுப்பார் எனும் நம்பிக்கையில் அந்த 3300 ஆசிரியர் குடும்பங்கள் உள்ளதாகவும் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மேலும் அமைதியான முறையில் அவர்களின் பிரட்சனைகளை முதல்வர் கவனத்தில் எடுத்து சென்றுள்ளதாகவும், முற்றிலும் தமிழக முதல்வர் கரங்களில் இவர்களின் வாழ்வாதாரம் பாதுகாப்பாக அமையும் எனவும் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு நிபந்தனைகளுடன் பணி புரியும் அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளி பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் கடைசி முயற்சியாக கடிதங்கள் எழுதி தமிழக அரசின் நல்ல தீர்வுக்கு காத்துள்ளனர்.
