இடைநிலை, பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனத்துக்கு தடை விதித்து தனி நீதிபதி பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவை எதிர்த்து தமிழக அரசு ஐகோர்ட்டில் ‘அப்பீல்’ செய்துள்ளது.
பணி நியமனத்துக்கு தடை
இடைநிலை, பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனத்துக்கு ‘வெயிட்டேஜ்’ மதிப்பெண் வழங்கும் நடைமுறையை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும்,
தகுதித்தேர்வில் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் பணி நியமனம் மேற்கொள்ள உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்றும் மதுரை சொக்கிகுளத்தை சேர்ந்த ஜெயகிருஷ்ணா உள்பட 18 பேர் மதுரை ஐகோர்ட்டு கிளையில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்தனர்.மனுவை விசாரித்த தனி நீதிபதி, ‘பட்டதாரி, இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கான கவுன்சிலிங்கை நடத்திக்கொள்ளலாம். ஆனால், யாருக்கும் பணி நியமனஉத்தரவு வழங்கக்கூடாது. ஏற்கனவே நடந்த கவுன்சிலிங்கின் போது பணி நியமன உத்தரவு வழங்கப்பட்டு இருந்தால் அவர்கள் பணியில் சேர தடை விதிக்கப்படுகிறது’ என்று நேற்று முன்தினம் உத்தரவிட்டார்.

இந்த நிலையில் தமிழக அரசின் அட்வகேட் ஜெனரல் சோமையாஜி நேற்று நீதிபதிகள் எம்.ஜெயச்சந்திரன், ஆர்.மகாதேவன் ஆகியோர் முன்பு ஆஜராகி, தனி நீதிபதியின் உத்தரவை எதிர்த்து அரசு சார்பில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்ய உள்ளதாகவும், அந்த மனுவை அவசர மனுவாக எடுத்துக்கொண்டு உடனே விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்.இதைத்தொடர்ந்து, மனுவை தாக்கல் செய்யும்படி கூறிய நீதிபதிகள்,அவ்வாறு மனுவை தாக்கல் செய்து விசாரணைக்கு பட்டியலிடும் பட்சத்தில் விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும் என்று தெரிவித்தனர். கோர்ட்டு பணி நேரம் முடிவடையும் நேரம் (மாலை 4.45 மணி) வரை ‘அப்பீல்’ மனு விசாரணைக்கு பட்டியலிடப்படவில்லை.இதனால், தமிழக அரசின் ‘அப்பீல்’ மனு இன்று விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படலாம் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

GO 71 weitage system ரத்து செய்ய வலிவுறுத்தி சான்றிதல்களை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்திடம் ஒப்படைக்கும் பேரணி நடைபெற்றது. சுமார் 500கும் மேற்பட்ட பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு சென்றனர். ஆனால் பாதி வழியில் போலீசார் தடுத்து நிறுத்தியதால், ஆசிரியர்க்கும், போலீசார்கும் தள்ளுமுள்ளு ஏற்பட்டது. ஒரு ஆசிரியை மயங்கி விழுந்தார். உடனே மற்ற ஆசிரியர்களும் சாலைமறியலில் ஈடுபட்டனர். சாலை மறியலில் ஈடுபட்ட 500கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்களை போலீசார் கைது செய்தனர்.

ReplyDeleteசரியான முறையில் திறமையான ஆசிரியர்களை தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது சரிதான்.ஆனால்,திறமையான ஆசிரியர்களை வெய்ட்டேஜ் முறையில் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது (தவறு)கேள்விக்குரியதாகிவிட்டது.

DeletePlease anybody help me i need clarification, my wife went to counselling, she asked for boy's Higher secondary school, but E.O who doing counselling for her, says for ladies the boy's higher secondary school will not be given, government was issued G.O recently says for ladies teacher boys higher secondary school should not be given as G.O. Any body can clear my doubt and it is better help to all can u give me the G.O reference number, mostly the counselling says no for the most of the main schools in other district also. the candidates should have access in the system, to select and see the vacancy list in the computer, or else the display should be atleast medium size, they have only smalll size screeen , in that the options are listed in only 1 or 1.5 inch visible, even they are not allowed to touch the mouse of the computer, they are asking only verbally which district and which school in a minute. those who known peoples taking even half an hour also depend upon the candidates, they have some fixed time given to the candidate to thinks and access the computer. most of the place said no, even for the fourth candidate. I think they blocking the places by saying no no, and gives the main place for there known peoples. Even the list pasted in the small room in 5x5 feet place, nearly 300 candidates are rushing to see the list and huge noise with crowd, this is difficult for the candidates who is going for the counselling in the first few positions, better they can put in online one hour before or in the big display board for the free access, still school education and trb department following the old technologies. please anyone tell about the G.O ladies and gents teacher prevented by government to join in girls and boys schools.
