காஞ்சீபுரம் மாவட்டம், முட்டவாக்கம் கிராமத்தை சேர்ந்தவர் எம்.யுவராஜ்(வயது 24). இவர், சென்னை ஐகோர்ட்டில் தாக்கல் செய்துள்ள மனுவில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:–
தவறான விடை நான் கணிதம் பாடத்தில் பி.எஸ்சி., பி.எட். பட்டம் பெற்றுள்ளேன். ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் கடந்த ஆகஸ்ட் 18–ந் தேதி நடத்திய ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வில் கலந்துக் கொண்டேன்.
இந்த தேர்வு முடிவினை 5–11–2013 அன்று ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெளியிட்டது.அதில், நான் 89 மதிப்பெண் பெற்று இருந்தேன். ஆனால், தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சிபெற 90 மதிப்பெண்கள் எடுக்கவேண்டும். அதேநேரம், தேர்வில் கேட்கப்பட்ட கேள்விக்கு சரியான விடை பட்டியலை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. அதில், கேள்வி எண் 4, 14, 24 ஆகிய கேள்விகளுக்குதவறான விடைகளுக்கு மதிப்பெண் வழங்கியுள்ளது. 3 மதிப்பெண்கள் நான், இந்த3 கேள்விகளுக்கும் சரியான விடை அளித்துள்ளேன். இதையடுத்து, 6–11–2013 அன்று இந்த 3 கேள்விக்குரிய சரியான விடைகளையும்,அதற்கான ஆதார புத்தகங்களையும் இணைத்து ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்துக்கு அனுப்பினேன். இதுவரை எந்த பதிலும் இல்லை.இந்த தேர்வு முடிவின் அடிப்படையில், தேர்ச்சிப் பெற்றவர்களின் சான்றிதழ்சரி பார்க்கும் பணி விரைவில் நடைபெற உள்ளது. எனவே சரியான பதிலை அளித்துள்ள எனக்கு 3 மதிப்பெண்கள் வழங்கவும், சான்றிதழ் சரி பார்க்கும்பணியில் கலந்துக்கொள்ள எனக்கு அழைப்பு கடிதம் அனுப்பவும் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்துக்கு உத்தரவிட வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டு இருந்தது. அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும் இந்த மனு நீதிபதி என்.கிருபாகரன் முன்பு நேற்று விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது.
அப்போது, மனுதாரர் தரப்பில் வக்கீல் எம்.ஆர்.ஜோதிமணி ஆஜராகி வாதம் செய்தார். இதையடுத்து நீதிபதி பிறப்பித்த இடைக்கால உத்தரவில், ‘‘இந்த வழக்கில் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் விரிவான பதில் மனுவை தாக்கல் செய்யவேண்டும். விரைவில் நடைபெற உள்ள, சான்றிதழ் சரி பார்க்கும் பணியில் மனுதாரரையும் கலந்து கொள்ள அனுமதி அளிக்க வேண்டும். இந்த மனு மீதான விசாரணை வருகிற 20–ந் தேதிக்கு தள்ளிவைக்கப்படுகிறது’’ என்று கூறியுள்ளார்.
Anybody have court order for last year pg trb 2012 for equivalent subjects who have GO for the subjects after exam .if you get posting or not conduct 8148622030

ReplyDeletesir don't believe that all the passed candidates will get the job. There will be weightage marks. Not only tet marks. the candidates got more marks in TET but less in weightage cannot get job. But the candidates got just 90 on TET with good weightage, he will get the job. SO, all are depends on no. of vacancies and no. of candidates passed in tet. So till then we wait

I just completed by B.Ed., , I am PG graduate, M.com.B.ed, i want to write Pg trb exam next year, but somebody says no PG exam next year and if exam there is no vacancy for commerce subject, so i quiet tents. please anybody clarify my doubt whether TRb will conduct PG asst exam in next year and also MP election is follows, so the exam when will be there after election or before election and vacancy list subjectwise pls.
ReplyDeleteThe court will definitely interefere in the tet matter. Trb cannot neglect the direction of the court. If trb is not doing what is correct, then it should be prepared to face the court. Why there was delay in publishing final key. Trb is not giving clear details in any matter since last year. Apart from giving marks for the questions now claimed, the trb should give weightage for employment seniority and teaching experience. Due to the weightage for plus two, degree, and b.ed, the candidates finished their b.ed fifteen years back have been affected much. It is a severe mistake. Hope the right justice will come.
