அனைவருக்கும் சமவாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கும் வகையில்,தகுதி தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனம் மேற்க்கொள்ள வேண்டும். மதிப்பெண் சலுகை வழங்க கூடாது.
சலுகை வழங்கிய அரசின் உத்தரவிற்கு தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும்'என தாக்கல் ஆனவழக்கில்,அரசுக்கு நோட்டிஸ் அனுப்ப மதுரை ஐகோர்ட் கிளை உத்தரவிட்டது.

மதுரை மாவட்டம் பாலமேடு கண்ணன் உட்பட,நான்கு பேர் தாக்கல் செய்த மனு:தகுதி தேர்வில்(டி.இ.டி) வெற்றி பெற்றவர்களை ஆசிரியர்களாக அரசு நியமிக்கிறது. இதன்படி இடைநிலை,பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களை தேர்வு செய்ய தகுதிகள் நிர்ணயித்து ஆசிரிய தேர்வு வாரிய (டி.ஆர்.பி)தலைவர்2012ல் அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டார்.அதில் டி.இ.டி தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு,சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பின் போது,பிளஸ்2பட்டப்படிப்பில் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் சலுகை வழங்கப்படும்.பின் பணி நியமனம் மேற்க்கொள்ளப்படும். என உள்ளது.ஒவ்வொருவரும் பல்வேறு கால கட்டங்களில் பிளஸ்2பட்டம் படித்து வெளியேறுகின்றனர். இதனால் மதிப்பெண்ணில் அதிகம்,குறைவு ஏற்பட வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது. பிளஸ்2,பட்டப்படிப்பிற்கு சலுகை வழங்குவதால் டி.இ.டில் அதிகம் மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு வாய்ப்பு குறைகிறது. இட ஒதுக்கீடு பின்பற்றபடுகிறதா என தெரிவதில்லை.நியமனத்தில் வெளிப்படை தன்மை இல்லை.அனைவருக்கும் சமவாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கும் வகையில்,தகுதி தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனம் மேற்க்கொள்ள வேண்டும். மதிப்பெண் சலுகை வழங்க கூடாது. சலுகை வழங்கிய அரசின் உத்தரவிற்கு தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும்'இவ்வாறு,அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்நீதிபதி கே.ரவிச்சந்திரபாபு முன்,மனு விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. மனுதாரர் சார்பில் மூத்த வக்கில் அஜ்மல்கான் ஆஜரானார். பள்ளி கல்வித்துறை முதன்மை செயலர்,டி.ஆர்.பி.,தலைவருக்கு நோட்டிஸ் அனுப்ப உத்தரவிட்ட நீதிபதி'பணிநியமனம் இவ்வழக்கின் இறுதி தீர்ப்பைப் பொறுத்து அமையும்'என்றார்.

      In the recent TRB list assistant professors list I just checked how many OCs are in the OC category. There were only two out of more than 300. Dont worry. No body is here all of them are moving (already moved) to competition based jobs. Reservation is eating the chances of your own people.

      Even in Tamilnadu reservation policy there is a provision to include OC candidates in top 50 ranking in the selection list. But it is not followed, since OC candidates were unaware of this rule and their vote share is meagre and hence political parties ignores them. Please visit tamilnadu reservation page in google search.

      I wish to reply to G.Sankar.
      You have told everything and finally you ask "Sorry".
      I wish to explain you about the Asst.Professor list.
      It is not the selection list.
      They have listed all the certificate verified candidates' particulars.
      For getting 2 marks every year,they should have worked in Self financing colleges for a maximum of 7.5 years and will get 15.
      For Ph.D qualification,they will get 9 mark.
      So,out of 24 how much the candidates have scored is displayed.
      Most of the reservation categories may have worked in these colleges without self respect.
      But the OC category may have got placed in IITs,IISc and other premier institutions at younger age by simply doing Ph.D under their favourite OC guides.(In IIT more than 90% are OC)

      Last year also,So Many Teachers were Selected based on their TET Marks Only.
      We believe they are Quality Teachers. Is it not ?
      Then what is the Problem Now.
      Now also Selection can be Made based on TET Marks.
      2012 ku oru Rules. 2013 ku Vera Rulesa ?
