அரசு பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களைப் போன்று அரசு கலை அறிவியல் கல்லூரி உதவி பேராசிரியர்களும் போட்டித்தேர்வு மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவார்களா என்ற எதிர்பார்ப்பில் ‘ஸ்லெட்’, ‘நெட்’ தகுதித்தேர்வுகளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற முதுகலை பட்டதாரிகள் உள்ளனர்.
முந்தைய திமுக ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில் இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்கள், சிறப்பாசிரியர்கள், பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள், முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள்என அனைத்து வகை ஆசிரியர்களும் வேலைவாய்ப்புஅலுவலக பதிவுமூப்பு (சீனியாரிட்டி) அடிப்படையிலேயே தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டனர். 2011-ல் அதிமுக ஆட்சிக்கு வந்ததும், இதற்கு முற்றுப்புள்ளி வைக்கப்பட்டது. போட்டித் தேர்வு மூலம் ஆசிரியர்களை நியமிக்கும் முறை அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.
இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர், பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் நியமனத்துக்கு ‘டெட்’ எனப்படும் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வு கொண்டுவரப்பட்டது. அதன்படி, அவர்கள் தகுதித்தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் மற்றும் பிளஸ் 2, பட்டப் படிப்பு, பிஎட் (இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் எனில் பிளஸ் 2 மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி படிப்பு) ஆகியவற்றின் மூலம் வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுகிறார்கள். முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள், ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்தின் போட்டித்தேர்வு மூலமாக பணியமர்த்தப்படுகிறார்கள். தையல், ஓவியம், இசை, உடற்கல்வி ஆகிய சிறப்பாசிரியர் நியமனத்துக்கும் போட்டித்தேர்வு முறை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. அரசு பொறியியல் கல்லூரி உதவி பேராசிரியர்கள், அரசு சட்டக் கல்லூரி உதவி பேராசிரியர்கள், அரசு பாலிடெக்னிக் கல்லூரி விரிவுரையாளர்கள் ஆகியோரும் போட்டித்தேர்வு மூலமாக தேர்வுசெய்யப்பட்டுவருகிறார்கள்.
இந்நிலையில் அரசு கல்லூரி உதவி பேராசிரியர்கள் மட்டும் போட்டித்தேர்வு இல்லாமல் உயர்கல்வித் தகுதி, சிறப்பு தகுதிகள், பணிஅனுபவம், நேர்முகத்தேர்வு அடிப்படையில் தேர்வுசெய்யப்படுவது முரண்பாடாக உள்ளது என்கிறார்கள் ‘ஸ்லெட்’, ‘நெட்’ தேர்வுகளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற முதுகலை பட்டதாரிகள்.தற்போதைய நடைமுறையின்படி, அரசு கலைக் கல்லூரி உதவி பேராசிரியர்கள் வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுகிறார்கள். அதன்படி, பணி அனுபவத்துக்கு 15 மதிப்பெண் பிஎச்டி தகுதிக்கு 9 மதிப்பெண், எம்பில் படிப்புடன்ஸ்லெட் அல்லது நெட் தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருந்தால் 6 மதிப்பெண், எம்பில் இல்லாமல் ஸ்லெட், நெட் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருப்பின் 5 மதிப்பெண், நேர்முகத் தேர்வுக்கு 10 மதிப்பெண் என ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டு பணிநியமனம் நடைபெறுகிறது. 2001-ல் அதிமுக ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில் அரசு கலைக்கல்லூரி உதவி பேராசிரியர்கள் போட்டித்தேர்வு மூலமாகவே தேர்வுசெய்யப்பட்டனர்.பணிஅனுபவம், நேர்முகத்தேர்வு என்று வரும்போது அதில் தவறு நடப்பதற்கான அபாயம் இருப்பதால், முன்பு இருந்ததுபோல போட்டித்தேர்வு மூலம் உதவி பேராசிரியர்களை தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பது முதுகலை பட்டதாரிகளின் வேண்டுகோளாக உள்ளது.ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்தின் வருடாந்திர தேர்வுக்கால அட்டவணையின்படி, 1,883 அரசு கலைக்கல்லூரி உதவி பேராசிரியர்களை இந்த ஆண்டு தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டியுள்ளது.
இதற்கானஅறிவிப்பு ஜூலை இறுதியில் வெளியிடப்பட்டு தேர்வு செய்வதற்கான பணிகள் செப்டம்பர் முதல் வாரம் முடிக்கப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.ஆனால், இன்னும் இதற்கான அறிவிப்பு வரவில்லை.அரசு பாலிடெக்னிக் விரிவுரையாளர் தேர்வு, சிறப்பாசிரியர் தேர்வு விடைத்தாள் மதிப்பீட்டு பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வரும் நிலையில், உதவி பேராசிரியர் தேர்வுக்கான அறிவிப்பு விரைவில் வெளியிடப்படலாம் என தெரிகிறது. இப்புதிய நியமனம் போட்டித்தேர்வு மூலமாக மேற்கொள்ளப்படுமா? என்று ஸ்லெட், நெட் தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற முதுகலை பட்டதாரிகள், பிஎச்டி முடித்தவர்கள் எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள்.

So only exam will give fair chance to all. Lets wait for G.O. because our Late CM announced that there will be competitive exam for Asst Professor. Hope the present government also do the same.

DeletePh.D., candidate have much more experience in research as well as traching so they are get 9 marks and also they are published many articles in the reputed journals. Ph. D., Candidate is exempted from net/set, kindly read ugc's 4th amendment it will also published in the gazette.

DeleteTRB should follow UGC regulations 2016, 4th amendment.As per this regulation 50% weightage has go to academic record and research performance,30% for teaching skills and remaining 20% will be interview.

DeleteAbove said is wrong .There so such notification please refer Karnataka central university notification which came two days before .TRB should follow 4 the amendment in Assistant Professor recruitment.Recruitment body must bound time to time amendments.

DeleteBut you have done well in research lot of paper publication, in india there are lot of research institute , and government will give loy of research amount, and lot university doing that, but you cannot go there because best research institute also asking net qualified and knowledge candidates so you cannot do that
ReplyDeleteSelection criteria for assistant professor is clearly mentioned in UGC regulations 2016,4th amendment,since this time TN govt could not follow last recruitment procedure blindly .As per this amendment TRB should follow 50:30:20 ratio for Academic &research performance,Teaching skills including post doctoral experience and interview performance.TRB is just recruitment body they don't have rights to bend UGG regulations.
