      Judgement may be
      1) give the FIRST PREFERENCE for above 90

      2) fill backlog vacancies by relaxation candidates of 2012 by 2012relaxation candidates& 2013 by 2013 relaxation candidates

      (because there were very less candidates( above 90) passed in science & history
      We should keep in our mind
      government not interested to give relaxation from 2012 to Feb 2014

    TET CASES JUDGEMENT HAS ANNOUNCED 2012 CANDIDATES 5% CAN NOT GIVE RELAXATION. BECAUSE THAT PROCESS ALREADY FULLY COMPLETED. 2013 CANDIDATES 5% STANDS CORRECT. WEIGHTAGE SHOULD CONSIDER SCIENTIFIC METHOD (INSTEAD OF MECHANICAL METHOD) 12th obtained marks converted to 10 eg. 85% = 8.5 marks degree converted to 15 eg. obtained percentage/ 100 X 15 B.ed obtained percentage/ 100 X 15 tet mark= obtained tet mark/150 X 60

    Somebody asked how to treat cv completed candidates. There is CV completed candidates already submitted their percentage and marks at the time of verification. hence TRB may easy to calculate for CV Completed candidate`s marks & percentage
