தமிழக அரசின் கல்வி மானியக் கோரிக்கையில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட, புதிய ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனத்துக்கு ஆசிரியர் பேரவை வரவேற்பு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
தமிழக அரசின் கல்வி மானியக் கோரிக்கையில் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு சலுகை வழங்கியுள்ளது. இதனை அனைத்திந்திய ஆசிரியர் பேரவை வரவேற்றுள்ளது. இது குறித்து சங்கத்தின் மாநில பொதுச் செயலாளர் ஜார்ஜ் விடுத்துள்ள அறிக்கை: பெண் குழந்தைககளின் பாதுகாப் பை கருத்தில் கொண்டு, குறிப்பாக பழங்குடியின 482 பள்ளிகளில், ரூ.19 லட்சம் மதிப்பீட்டில், 4 ஆயிரத்து 782 மாணவிகளுக்குகராத்தே பயிற்சி கொடுப்பதை வரவேற்கிறது. மேலும், மாற்றுத்திறன் குழந்தைகளுக்கு கல்வி போதிக்க சிறப்பு ஆசிரியர்கள நியமனம், 3,459 ஆசிரியர், ஆசிரியர் அல்லாதவர்கள் நியமனம், ஈட்டு சிறப்பு விடுப்பு, அரசின் திட்டங்களை அறிந்து கொள்ள பள்ளிகளில் பொது நூலக தகவல் மேசை’ ஆகிய பல்வேறு திட்டங்களை பள்ளி கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் அறிவித்துள்ளார். மேலும் தமிழகத்தில் கல்வி வளர்ச் சியானது அகில இந்திய அளவில் மூன்றாவது இடத்திலும், மாநில அளவில் முதலிடம் பெற்றுள்ளதை வரவேற்கிறோம்’ என்று அறிக்கையில் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

ReplyDelete3459 ஆசிரியர் கள் வரும் கல்வி ஆண்டில் நிரப்பபடும் என்று கல்வி அமைச்சர் சொன்னார் அது இப்போது ஆசிரியர் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கபடும்போது (10746+3459) என்று சேர்த்து கொள்ள படுமா? இல்லை அடுத்த கல்வி ஆண்டில் சேர்க்கப்படுமா தெரிந்தவர்கள் பதிவு செய்யவும் Reply pls....

17. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in
Tamil Version, the expression used is "R';fthp", which means
Customs. He would submit that customs duty can be imposed only
on imported goods and not on exported goods. It is on this ground,
the learned counsel would submit that the question is wrong.

18. But the learned Special Government Pleader would submit
that customs duty is imposed both on import as well as on export
goods. Therefore, Option "A" as well as Option "B" are correct
answers. Accordingly, marks have been awarded for Option "A" as
well as Option "B" The said statement is recorded.
19. Admittedly, the question relates only to customs duty.
The contention of the petitioner that customs duty can be imposed
only on import goods cannot be accepted, in view of Section 16 of
the Customs Act, 1962, which states customs duty is leviable on
export goods as well.
20. In such view of the matter, TRB was right in awarding
marks for Option "A" as well as Option "B". Hence, the same
does not require any interference.
