DeleteSri if case favor to 2012 tet candidates about 5% relaxation means how they will give posting preference will be 2012 or clubbing to 2013 passed candidates . I think there is no chance to give relaxation to 2012 because that over one year matter .

அதன் படி பார்த்தால் 2013 இல் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு பணி நியமனம் வழங்கிய பிறகே அடுத்த tet தேர்வு நடத்த முடியும். 2013 இல் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு ஒரு முடிவு தெரியாமல் 2014 இல் tet தேர்வு நடத்த மாட்டார்கள். இதற்கிடையே 82-89 பெற்றவர்களுக்கும் cv முடித்து விடுவார்கள்.
இன்றைய சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தின் cause list ஐ பார்த்தீர்களா?
pg தமிழுக்கான posting முடிந்து விட்ட நிலையிலும் இன்னும் challenging key answer னு வழக்கு ஹியரிங் கு வந்து இருக்கிறது.
எனவே அரசு நினைத்தால் ஆயிரம் வழக்கு இருந்தாலும் 2013 tet க்கு உடனடியாக ஒரு முடிவு கிடைக்கும்.
ஜூன் இல் உறுதியாக ஒரு முடிவு தெரிந்து விடும்.
தேர்தல் வராவிட்டால் கண்ணியும் வந்திருக்க மாட்டாள் தீவும் முளைத்து இருக்காது.
கன்னி தீவு கரையைகடக்குமா...இல்லை தேர்தலில் வலுவிழந்து போகுமா...யாருக்கும் தெரியாது....ஏற்கனவே பாதி தேர்தலால் வலுவிழந்து விட்டது....

ReplyDeleteAccording to tnpsc chairman. Election process will not affect appointment of group 4 selected candidate. The same method will be applicable to TET. So tet2012 candidate will get appointment very soon

DeleteI have already finished CV in 2013. But scored 88 and 84 in paper 1 and paper 2 respectively in 2012.

DeleteAs per the chief justice Mr.Igpal interim order in the case filed by the viduthalai katchi seeking relaxation for 2012 that the future appointment will be subject to the final verdict of the judgment . The petitioner also argued o dismiss the 2012 appointment and follow new process after impliment the relaxation in2012.

ReplyDeleteThere is some logic to seek dismiss 2012 appointment. Because appointment was given seniority basis among the passed candidate for Second grade teacher. So it will be considered that junior got appointment if relaxation is allowed in 2012. Moreover low weightage candidate could have been appointed as PT teacher. ,National council if teacher education had already written a letter to all govt to give atleast 5% relaxation for the reservation candidate prior to first TET. So the govt will be forced to revise 2012 appointment. the constitutional benefit of reservation should be given to all section of the people.the policy matter of govt should be uniform.

DeleteThe govt wants to sustain this relaxation. Hence govt advocate could not argue the relaxation in 2012 is wrong as when he is arguing reservation is right in 2013. And also he could not justify to deny relaxation in 2012. Because there was more unfilled vaccancy in 2012. But the situation become ulta in 2013 ie vaccancy are less than passed candidate.

We are waiting for TNTET 2012 relaxation with first priority.
SC/ST commission directed TRB to fill the backlog vacancies of 2012.
The backlog vacancies must be filled with 2012 candidates only.
Evenif a person scored 150 in 2013, he cannot claim to fill the backlog vacancies.
We have represented this to SC/ST commission through suitable representation.
We have lost seniority,govt.job,self respect,peace of mind,etc.
Everything to be established with legal procedures.
Justice not delivered in time is equal to massacre of the society.
Justice Nagamuthu will deliver Justice to the privileged 2012.

What you have told is completely wrong.
If the Govt says a mark,.
Whether they have got pass in Government Governance Eligibility Test.
Whether they say the same criteria every year?
They said "No compromise on quality" in 2012 and 13.
Now suddenly they twist their tongue for qualifying themselves.
We are ready to study.
Whether the brilliant TRB is ready to set a error- free qustion paper?
Why there is no Eligibility Test for TRB for conducting TET and for the question paper setter.
I hope you will understand my simple post in English.
Don;t post something non-sense as advice.
Try to understand everyone's feelings.
