தகுதித்தேர்வு மூலமான ஆசிரியர் நியமனத்தில் வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் வழங்கும் முறையில் அதிரடி மாற்றம் செய்து சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்தது.
அதாவது பிளஸ் 2 மதிப்பெண், டிகிரி மதிப்பெண், பி.எட். மதிப்பெண், தகுதித்தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் ஆகியவற்றில் குறிப்பிட்ட சதவீதத்தில் இருந்து குறிப்பிட்ட சதவீதம் வரை மதிப்பெண்பெற்றவர்களுக்கு ஒரே மதிப்பெண் வழங்கும் முறையை ரத்து செய்துவிட்டு, தேர்வர்கள்பெற்ற மதிப் பெண்ணை குறிப்பிட்ட சதவீதத்துக்குமாற்றிக்கொள்ளும் வகையில் தீர்ப்பளித்தது. உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தின் இந்த அதிரடி உத்தரவால், ஏற்கெனவே சான்றி தழ் சரிபார்ப்பு முடித்த ஏறத்தாழ 48 ஆயிரம் பேர்உள்பட 73 ஆயிரம் பேருக் கும் புதிய கட் ஆப் மதிப்பெண் வரும். உதாரணத்துக்கு பழைய முறையில், தகுதித்தேர்வில் 90 சதவீதம் முதல் 99 சதவீதம் வரை மதிப்பெண் பெற்றாலும் அனைவருக்கும் 60 மார்க் வழங்கப்படும்.
ஆனால், நீதிமன்றஉத்தரவின்படி 95 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர், 90 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணைவிட கூடுதல் மார்க் பெறுவார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. இதே முறைதான் பிளஸ் 2, பட்டப் படிப்பு, பி.எட். இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி மதிப்பெண் அனைத்து கணக்கீட்டுக்கும் பொருந்தும் எனவே, அதிக மதிப்பெண் பெற்ற தேர்வர்கள் தங்கள் மதிப்பெண்ணுக்கு தக்கவாறு கூடுதல் மதிப்பெண் பெறுவார்கள். உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் புதிய உத்தரவால், ஏற்கெனவே சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு முடித்தவர்களுக்கு புதிதாக சரிபார்ப்பு நடத்தப்படுமா, ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் தாமதம் ஆகுமா என்று கேட்டதற்கு ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரிய அதிகாரிகள் கூறியதாவது: ஏற்கெனவே சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்புக்கு அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்களின் மதிப்பெண் விவரம் எங்களிடம் உள்ளது.
கணினி மூலம் அவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும், புதிய முறையில் மதிப்பெண் கணக்கிட்டுவிடலாம். இதற்கு எவ்வித காலதாமதமும் ஆகாது. அவர்களின் புதிய கட் ஆப் மதிப்பெண் ஆசிரிய தேர்வு வாரிய இணையதளத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும். இவ்வாறு அதிகாரிகள் கூறினர்.

ReplyDeletewtg no use. we should follow the wtg we have to think about everything. especially seniority, year of passing plus two, work experience and also plus two group category. english and tamil candidates wrote social science paper for paper 2. maths and science candidates wrote both. why government not given 60 marks for each subject.here social science teachers only get gain. because they have getting 60 marks for their subject. now how do they calculate each candidates with wtg? they must follow seniority base selection. it will be good and reasonable.

govt should be follow seniority. if they again calculate wtg govt suffer lot. bcz again case will be apply about trb. wtg no use . if they calculate wtg they have to think about each and everything . especially seniority, plus two, work experience(genuine), and also plus two group category. not only this . in tet tamil and english candidates write social science paper. maths and science candidates write both. those candidates got only 30 marks their own subject. here social science teacher only got gain. bcz they only got 60 marks for their subject. tet marks . also not correct. govt must given 60 for each subject . then only real talent should be find out in each subject teachers. here this much of problem. only seniority base selection is good.
