ஆசிரியர் பணி தேர்வுக்கான, 'வெயிட்டேஜ்' மதிப்பெண் கணக்கிடுவதில் குளறுபடி ஏற்பட்டுள்ளதால், அரசு கல்லூரியில் பயின்ற பட்டதாரிகள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
அரசுப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் பணி தேர்வுக்கு, ஏற்கனவே கடைப்பிடித்து வந்த, 'வெயிட்டேஜ்' மதிப்பெண் கணக்கிடும் முறையை சென்னை ஐகோர்ட் சமீபத்தில் ரத்து செய்தது. இந்நிலையில், ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வில் (டி.இ.டி.,) தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற பட்டதாரிகளுக்கு, சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்க்கும் பணி, நேற்று துவங்கியது. 10ம் வகுப்பு, பிளஸ் 2, இளங்கலை, பி.எட்., சான்றுகள் அடிப்படையில் 'வெயிட்டேஜ்' மதிப்பெண் கணக்கிடப்படுகிறது. தனியார் கல்லூரிகளில் இளங்கலை முடித்தவர்களின் சான்றிதழ்களில் என்.சி.சி., என்.எஸ்.எஸ்., வாழ்க்கைக்கல்வி ஆகியவை சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இவற்றிக்கான மதிப்பெண்ணையும் கணக்கில் எடுத்து கொள்வதால் குளறுபடி ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த பாடங்களுக்கு 90 முதல் 100 சதவீதம் வரை மதிப்பெண் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவற்றை சேர்த்து கணக்கிடுவதால், 'வெயிட்டேஜ்' மதிப்பெண் அதிகரிக்கிறது.
ஆனால், அரசு மற்றும் உதவிபெறும் பல்கலை, கல்லூரிகளில்இளங்கலை முடித்தவர்களின் சான்றிதழ்களில் என்.சி.சி., என்.எஸ்.எஸ்., குறித்த விபரங்கள் இல்லை. இதனால், அரசுக் கல்லூரியில் பயின்றவர்களுக்கு மதிப்பெண் குறைந்துள்ளது. அரசுக் கல்லூரி பட்டதாரிகள் கூறுகையில், 'என்.சி.சி., என்.எஸ்.எஸ்., வாழ்க்கை கல்வி மதிப்பெண்களை சேர்த்து கணக்கிடுவதால், எங்களுக்குபாதிப்பு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே, இந்த முறையை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும்' என்றனர். கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரி ஒருவர் கூறுகையில், 'டி.ஆர்.பி., உத்தரவுப்படி தான், 'வெயிட்டேஜ்' மதிப்பெண் கணக்கிடுகிறோம்' என்றார்.
Among the Fresh degree holders these type of variation occur (NSS &NCC ETC.,) . You see friends some candidates finished degree before 15 to 20 years. Think about these candidates situation. No internal marks. only written examination for 100 marks. But for the past 8 years there are internal marks. Also, for bed. the candidates those who studied in private colleges got more % than the candidates who studied in the govt. colleges and through correspondence.
ReplyDeleteSo only better to allot more weightage to TET marks and less weightage to degree and Bed., and ignore plus two marks include seniority (each year one mark) Maximum 10 marks.
TET EXAMINATION: All candidates written under same pattern, same syllabus, and same period of time. So no controversy.

To increase the teaching ability in govt schools, govt have to give marks for teachers working in private,(Experience)., because they practically get some knowledge about the teaching methods.,so my point is that govt has to give marks for employment weightage & experince as followed by trb board for pg
ReplyDeleteI need a help from you future govt teachers and the pillars of young indian education system.......my wife is going to attend a certificate verification on Friday, 9th May.....Now she have a big doubt in filling the form....while applying for TET exam back in 2013 she was single/unmarried...now she got married and we don't know what to mention in column 4 and column 5 in CV.....திருமணமானவர? and கணவர் / தந்தை / காப்பாளர் ???? what to mention in that????? pls let us know.......

DeletePlease all selected candidates under PG tamil medium priority quota 2011-12 for history, economics, Commerce write a pray petition to CM cell atonce requesting appointment orders with a down loaded attached copy of TRB SELECTION intimation letter to force the TRB / Pallikalvithuarai . since I hope that the Mass pray letter to CM cell for same matter may do some thing.
