Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to Shri Narendra Modi,
Hon’ble Prime Minister of India on 3.6.2014 is reproduced below:
(c) Grants for School Education
I. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan
For the year 2011-12, the Ministry of Human Resource
Development had in 2013-2014 sanctioned a sum of Rs.438.38
crores towards committed liability of the teacher salary component,
of which the 65% central share works out to Rs.284.95 crores. As
against this, the Government of India released Rs.57 crores only and
the balance grant of Rs.228 crores is still awaited.
II. Right to Education (RTE) Compensation
The total number of admissions under the Right to Education
Act in private schools for 2013-14 is 49,864 and the reimbursement
amount to be given works out to Rs.25.13 crores. The Government
of India is requested to release a sum of Rs.25.13 crores at the
earliest.
III. Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan
In 2010-11, the Project Approval Board (PAB) sanctioned 344
infrastructural works at a cost of Rs.499.20 crores with 75 per cent
Central share of Rs.374.40 crores. The amount received from the
Government of India was only Rs.310.52 crores and the balance of
Rs.63.88 crores, already incurred from the State Government funds,
is yet to be received.
For the year 2011-12, the revised PAB approval is Rs.675.05
crores and the entire Central Government’s share of Rs.506.29
crores is yet to be released. Therefore, the Government of India is
requested to reimburse the total pending claims of Rs.570.18 crores
for the years 2010-11 and 2011-12.

ReplyDeleteநான் D.T.Ed(86.9%) B.Lit., MA, B.Ed(77%) M.Ed., முடித்துள்ளேன். தாள் 2 ற்கான சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பின் போது B.Lit + B.Ed., னை காண்பித்தேன். இதனால் எனது new weightage 63.71 வருகிறது. ஆனால், D.T.Ed + B.Ed காண்பித்திருந்தால் எனக்கு 65.07 weightage, வந்திருக்கும். தற்போது மாற்றுவது குறித்து TRB யிடம் கேட்டபோது, வரும் திங்கட்கிழமை(09/06/2014) நேரில் வந்து கேட்குமாரு கூறினார்கள். தாங்கள் யாரேனும் இது போன்று பாதித்திருந்தால் TRB க்கு phone செய்து பார்த்துவிட்டு, நேரில் சென்று கேட்டு பார்க்கலாம். அல்லது TRB அலுவலகம் சென்று நேரிலேயே கேட்டுப்பார்ப்போம். முயற்சி செய்வோம், மாறினால் நன்மைக்கே.

New case against weightage not possible. because single court judge is now
DeleteHon`ble Tr. nagamuthu. so he will not accept to admission that case. these cases already closed. only already dissmissed cases like 5% relaxation possible to appeal division bench. new case filing wanted candidates may be joined to to them. that is possible.

According to Compulsory Education Act 2010,Those who passed Teachers Eligibility Test Exam with 60%(90 Marks out off 150)
But The Government of Tamilnadu announced Relaxation of 5% marks to Reserve Categories,by this relaxation there are 17,000 TET passed candidates (90 marks and above) affected by the additional competitor who get the relaxation of 5% marks.
Here,there is no more different between the eligible candidates (90 marks and above) and the additional competitor(89 marks and below). Before the announcement of 5% relaxation The Eligible 90 Marks above candidates completed their Certificate verification on January 2014,.
So we urge give the first Priority to the Candidates who got 90 marks and above.
Most of the Educationalists urge to give marks for employment seniority but Government didn't consider the employment seniority.
WE NEED WEIGHTAGE MARKS FOR EMPLOYMENT SENIORITY and No need to consider +2 Marks percentage,Because Senior candidates who completed their HSC before 2001,at that time Educational system, I.Q of the students and circumstances were different from the current situation.
If the senior candidates write the TET Exam more times,they never get a Govt Teachers appointment, because they are losing their weightage marks in HSC level.
It is better to consider UG,BEd,Marks percentage + TET marks + Employment seniority,because senior Candidate can not go and change their Hsc marks for expected level.They didn't know an eligibility examination like TNTET will come in future,.
There two Government Policies for TNTET
(i) Candidates must get 90 marks in TET, they will be consider as eligible to work as a government school teacher.
(ii) Weightage system
(Before announcement of Hon'ble Judge Nagamuthu)
Some of the candidates were filed a case against TN Govt and TRB for Relaxation of marks,at that time Judge Nagamuthu judged High court cannot interfere in the Government policy,
But now Hon'ble Judge Nagamuthu interfere the government policy i.e; the New weightage marks system.
Now how can the court interfere in the government weightage system.
Previously Tamilnadu Govt announced,This is a Teachers Eligible Test,Not to the appointments of the Teachers,We never give any relaxation marks in Eligibility Test.But in the selection those who get 90 marks above, we will follow Community Quota based selection to them.
But Government has given 5% relaxation(redused 8 marks) on February 2014.
Before the announcement of 5% relaxation, Already the candidates who got 90 marks and above had completed their Certificate Verification.
What is the reason behind the relaxation? There are most of the candidates who get 90 marks above deeply suffered and got vexation.
There is a reason,If a Candidate get the Teachers appointment who have secured Below 89 marks,at the same time by the New Weightage system, an Eligible Candidate who got 90 marks above rejected.
Here, what is the Value for the Eligible candidate who got 90 marks?
So It is better to give the first Priority for the Eligible 90 marks above candidates. Because Already the candidates who got 90 marks and above had completed their Certificate Verification.
NOTE THE POINT IS VERY IMPORTANT
1 or 2 marks will be judge the victory and lose, but you have given 8 marks to the additional candidates.
