ReplyDeleteஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வில் கடைபிடிக்கப்படும் வெயிட்டேஜ் முறையானது மிக மிக தவறானது. வெரும் மதிப்பெண்ணை அளவு கோலாக வைத்து சிறந்த ஆசிரியர் என கூறுவது மிகவும் தவறு. மேலும் +2,டிகிரி, பி.எட் க்கு வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் வழங்குவது என்பது பணி அனுபவமும், வயதில் மூத்த தனியார் பள்ளிகளில் பணி புரிந்துகொண்டுள்ள மூத்த ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு இழைக்கப்பட்ட அநீதி.
ReplyDeleteதகுதி தேர்வு என்பது அனைவருக்கும் பொது வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் வழங்குவது சரி. ஆனால் அக்காடமிக் தகுதி என்பதில் பல முரண்பாடுகள் உள்ளது. படித்த காலங்கள் வேறு, பல்கலைகழகம் வேறு, ஒவ்வொரு படிப்பிற்கும் மதிப்பெண் மற்றும் மதிப்பீடு என்பது வேறு. மேலும் இவை அனைத்தும் தகுதி தேர்வு எழுத தேவையான அடிப்படை தகுதிகளே. அடிப்படை தகுதிக்கு வெயிட்டேஜ் வழங்குவது சட்டத்திற்கு எதிரானது. மேலும் தகுதியான ஆசிரியர்களை தேர்வு செய்ய பணி அனுபவத்திற்கு மதிப்பெண் அளிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். புரபசர் நியமணத்தில் கூட பணி அனுபவத்திற்கு 15 மதிப்பெண் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஆகவே வெயிட்டேஜ் முறையானது opமாற்றப்பட வேண்டியது கட்டாயமாகிறது. இந்த முறையை பின்பற்றினால் மாணவர் எதிர் காலம் கேள்விகுறியாக தான் அமையும்.
