ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் உள்ள வெயிட்டேஜ் முறையை எதிர்த்து தொடரப்பட்ட வழக்குகள் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டதால், கவுன்சலிங்கில் கலந்து கொண்ட ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு நேற்று மதியமே பணி நியமன ஆணைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.
ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு எழுதி தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு கடந்த மாதம் சான்று சரிபார்ப்பு நடத்தப்பட்டு வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. இதையடுத்து, கடந்த 1ம் தேதி முதல் 5ம் தேதி வரை பணி நியமன கவுன்சலிங் நடந்தது. இதற்கிடையே, வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் முறையை எதிர்த்து மதுரை உயர்நீதி மன்ற கிளையில் பட்டதாரிகள் சிலர் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்து தடை கேட்டனர். வழக்கை விசாரித்த நீதிமன்றம் பணி நியமன கவுன்சலிங் நடத்தலாம். ஆனால் பணியில் யாரும் சேரக்கூடாது என்று உத்தரவிட்டது. அதேபோல சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்திலும் சிலர் வெயிட்டேஜ் முறையை எதிர்த்து வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தனர். மேற்கண்ட இரண்டு வழக்குகளும் தற்போது தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டன.
இதையடுத்து, கவுன்சலிங்கில் பணி இடங்களை தேர்வு செய்தவர்கள் நேற்று மதியமே அந்தந்த மையங்களுக்கு சென்று பணி நியமன உத்தரவுகளை பெற்றுக் கொண்டு உடனடியாக பணியில் சேரவேண்டும் என்று பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை, தொடக்க கல்வித்துறை தெரிவித்துள்ளன.
இது குறித்து பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை நேற்று வெளியிட்ட செய்திக் குறிப்பில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளதாவது:
பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை மற்றும் தொடக்க கல்வித்துறையின் மூலம் கடந்த 1ம் தேதி முதல் 5ம் தேதி வரை இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர், பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனத்துக்கான கவுன்சலிங் நடத்தப்பட்டது. இந்த கவுன்சலிங்கில் கலந்து கொண்டு பணியிடங்களை தேர்வு செய்தவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் இன்று (25ம் தேதி) பிற்பகல் முதல் அந்தந்த கவுன்சலிங் மையங்களில் பணி நியமன ஆணைகள் வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது. எனவே அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும் அந்தந்த மையங்களுக்கு சென்று பணி நியமன ஆணைகளை பெற்று, பணி நியமனம் பெற்ற பள்ளிகளில் உடனடியாக பணியில் சேரவேண்டும். இவ்வாறு அந்த செய்திக் குறிப்பில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதையடுத்து, நேற்று மதியம் அந்தந்த கவுன்சலிங் மையங்களுக்கு ஆசிரியர்கள் சென்று பணி நியமன ஆணைகளை பெற்றுச் சென்றனர். இருப்பினும், பலருக்கு கடந்த வாரமே பணி நியமன ஆணைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டு விட்டதால் அவர்கள் யாரும் மையங்களுக்கு வரவில்லை. இதையடுத்து பணி நியமன உத்தரவு பெற்றவர்கள் இன்று முதல் பணியில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ளப்படுவார்கள்.

Hence the pathetic, remaining above 90 above passed candidates eagerly waiting for your announcement. This is the one and only way to solve the 2013 TET issue. orelse it will continue in supreme court.
Your administration is more powerful and faster than our Prime Minister Modiji. You must proove it. You cannot ignore us. We are the experienced teachers. Future Tamilnadu is in our Hand. So give justice to us. Today 26/9/2014 Like all the other above 90 teachers we also elegible to get job seniority and salary also. Consider this.
You have the capacity to give counselling and posting for us within an hour. The 2013-2014 and 2014 and2015 vacancies are in your hand as well as additionally you can add the Welfare Board and Corporation school vacancy also for us....
If you really feel for us, If your really try to solve the 2013 TET issue, If you really want to avoid wasting our valuable time and your precious time in the court premises, If you really want to proove that your innocence in 5% relaxation after the examination, If you really wish to give priority to satisfy us and give justice us , If you have no fear in Prince Gajendra Babu and his action against you. If you want to proove that you are dedicated your life for the welfare of the Tamilnadu people, Give appointment order for all the above 90 candidates within an hour or atleast give your valuable job confirmation announcem nt for the victims of 5% relaxation.
A good mother never neglect her elder children in hungry and take care of only her younger child. I hope that you also no exception for this.
