எதற்காக இந்த மாற்றம்?
கடந்த 2 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி விரிவுரை யாளர்களைத் தேர்வு செய்ய நடத்தப்பட்ட போட்டித் தேர்வில் ஆள் இல்லாத காரணத்தால், மிகவும் குறைந்த மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர்களை தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டிய நிலை ஏற்பட்டது. பின்னர் அந்த தேர்வு நியமனம் ரத்துசெய்யப்பட்டது. மேலும், கடந்த ஆண்டு நடத்தப்பட்ட முது கலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் தேர்வில் குறிப்பிட்ட சில பிரிவுகளி லும், இதேபோல தமிழ்வழி இட ஒதுக்கீட்டுப் பிரிவிலும் குறைந்த மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர்களை தேர்வு செய்யவேண்டி இருந்தது. எனவே, தரமான ஆசிரியர்களைத் தேர்வு செய்யும் நோக்கில் குறைந்தபட்ச தேர்ச்சி மதிப்பெண் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.தற்போது 1,807 முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களை தேர்வு செய்வதற்கான போட்டித் தேர்வு வரும் ஜனவரி 10-ம் தேதி நடத்தப்பட உள்ளது. இதற்கான விண்ணப்ப படிவங்கள் வரும் 10-ம் தேதி (திங்கள்கிழமை) முதல் 26-ம் தேதி வரை மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அதி காரி அலுவலகங்களில் வழங்கப் படும் என்று ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் அறிவித்துள்ளது. இத் தேர்வில் முதல்முறையாக ‘பாஸ்’ மதிப்பெண் முறை பின்பற்றப்படுகிறது.

DeleteIf the policy is arbitrary, then any court can thrash the GO. This is for your kind information. This is not the first time and it has happened on several occasions. For your kind information, today you can see lots of TTIs and B.Ed colleges this is just because of cancelling one such policy GO of TN by Supreme court (in Feb 2004)

Deleteஇந்த வேலை சீக்கிரம் நிரந்தரம் ஆகிவிடும். இரண்டு பள்ளிகளில் பணிபுரிந்து மாதம் தற்போது நிரந்தரம் ஆகும் வரை 10000 சம்பாதிக்கலாம் என்ற ஆசை வார்த்தைகளைக் கூறி ஒரு லட்சம் முதல் 3 லட்ச ரூபாய் வரை பெற்றுக் கொண்டு தற்போதுள்ள அரசியல்வாதிகள் சந்தோசமாக இருக்கிறார்கள். பணம் கொடுத்து மாதம் 5000 மட்டும் வாங்கிக் கொண்டு வட்டி கூட கட்டமுடியாமல் மூன்றாண்டுகளாக கடும் துயரத்தில் இருந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். வாக்குறுதி கொடுத்தவர்கள் நிறைவேறச் செய்வார்களா? அய்யோ! பாவம்! யாரும் வாய் திறக்க மாட்டேன் என்கிறார்களே!

சலுகை சம்பந்தமாக இருவேறுபட்ட தீர்ப்பு சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்திலும், மதுரை கிளையிலும் உள்ளதால் அரசு தொடந்து எந்த பணிநியமனமும் இனி செய்யமுடியாது. எனவே அரசு அப்பீலுக்கு இங்கு வரும்போது அவ்வழக்கும் இத்துடன் சேர்த்து விசாரிக்கப்படும்.
ஏற்கனவே தேர்வாகி பணியில் உள்ளவர்களையும் இறுதித்தீர்ப்பு கட்டுபடுத்தும்.
