எஸ்எஸ்எல்சி மற்றும் பிளஸ் 2 பொதுத்தேர்வு நெருங்குவதால் மாணவர்கள் நலன் கருதி 6 ஆயிரத்து 545 தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களை உடனடியாக நியமித்துக் கொள்ள கல்வித்துறை முதன்மை செயலாளர் சபீதா உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.தமிழக பள்ளிகளில் சுமார் 16 ஆயிரம்
காலி பணியிடங்கள் நிரப்பப்படாமல் உள்ளன. இந்த ஆண்டு நடத்தப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியாகியுள்ள நிலையில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்களை பாட வாரிய நியமிக்க இன்னும் சில மாதங்கள் ஆகும் என கூறப்படுகிறது.இதற்கிடையில், அரையாண்டு பொதுத்தேர்வு அட்டவணை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆண்டு இறுதி தேர்வுக்கும் இன்னும் 4 மாதங்களே உள்ளன. இந்நிலையில், பல பள்ளிகளில் 10ம் வகுப்பு, பிளஸ் 2 மாணவர்களுக்கு பாடம் நடத்த ஆசிரியர் பற்றாக்குறையாக உள்ளதால், இருக்கிற ஆசிரியர்களை வைத்து சமாளித்து வருகின்றனர். இதனால் மாணவர்களின் கல்வித்தரம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக கல்வித்துறைக்கு தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
இதையடுத்து பொதுத்தேர்வு எழுதும் மாணவர்களின் நலன் கருதி, தமிழ், சிறுபான்மை மொழி, வரலாறு, புவியியல், அரசியல் அறிவியல், இந்திய பண்பாடு மற்றும் உடற்கல்வி இயக்குனர் நிலை 1 ஆகிய பாடங்கள் தவிர இதர பாடங்களில்காலியாக உள்ள 2 ஆயிரத்து 645 முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் காலி இடங்களுக்கு மாதம் ரூ.5 ஆயிரம் தொகுப்பூதியம் அடிப்படையில் தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களை நியமித்துக் கொள்ள உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.இதேபோல் தமிழ் மற்றும் சமூக அறிவியல் தவிர இதர பாடங்களில் உள்ள 3 ஆயிரத்து 900 பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் காலி பணியிடங்களுக்கு மாதம் ரூ.4 ஆயிரம் தொகுப்பூதியம் அடிப்படையில் தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களை பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் கழகம் மூலம் நியமித்துக் கொள்ள அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. புதிய ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் வரையோ அல்லது அதிகபட்சமாக 7 மாதங்கள் வரையோ இவர்கள் தற்காலிகமாக பணிபுரிய அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான தொகுப்பூதியத்தை தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் மூலம் வழங்க ஏதுவாக ரூ.20.18 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்தும் கல்வித்துறை முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் சபீதா உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். இதையடுத்து மாவட்ட வாரியாகதற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களை நியமிப்பதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்களால் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. -

Tamil Nadu government says we are giving quality education so now appointed staff are full qualified staff? How many appointed person passed in tet exam ? english maths science subject only important subject for Tamil Nadu government what about tamil and History is not important ? already last year vacant nearly 3000 is not fulfilled in history subject . This kind of activity of tamilnadu government is greatly affected the TET passed candidate .

ReplyDeleteDon't want tet passed candiate for temporary post ?but one the officer told secondary grade and bt assistant tet passed candiate alone rucruit .govt need qualified teachers for their need they change their rules what is this?

ReplyDeletePlease see that g.o which was released by sabitha mam in august itself...in kalviseithi itself it was published....there will be only two choices for appointment...either before 10th Dec or Jan 2....as it won't affect any increment date ....may be they are waiting for a grand function which is to be headed by our honourable cm...all will clear by 20 days....
