ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு பணி நியமனத்துக்காக வழங்கப்படும் வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண்கள் கணக்கிடும் முறையை எதிர்த்து சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடரப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதுகுறித்து பிப்ரவரி 28-ஆம் தேதிக்குள் பதில் மனுத் தாக்கல் செய்ய அரசுக்கு நோட்டீஸ் அனுப்புமாறு நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.சென்னை ஆலப்பாக்கத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சி.பிரியவதனா உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்தமனு விவரம்: நான் பி.ஏ.ஆங்கிலத்தில் 64.5 சதவீதம் மதிப்பெண்களும், பி.எட். படிப்பில் 82 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்களும் பெற்றுள்ளேன். தற்போது எம்.ஏ. ஆங்கிலம் படித்து வருகிறேன். ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்தால் கடந்த ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் 18-ஆம் தேதி நடத்தப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் பங்கேற்று, 104 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றேன்.2012-ஆம் ஆண்டு அரசு ஆணையின்படி ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண்களை வழங்குகிறது.அதில் மேல்நிலைப் படிப்புக்கு 10 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணும், டிகிரி மற்றும் பி.எட். படிப்புக்கு தலா 15 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணும், ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வுக்கு 60 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணும் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆசிரியர்தகுதி தேர்வுக்கு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட மதிப்பெண்கள் மொத்தம் 150.
இந்தத் தேர்வில் 136 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றால் அதற்கு 60 வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. 120 முதல் 135 மதிபெண்ணுக்கு 54 வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. 105 முதல் 119 மதிப்பெண்ணுக்கு, 48 வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண்ணும், 90 முதல் 104 மதிப்பெண்ணுக்கு 42 வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண்ணும் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.நான் தேர்வில் 104 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்று சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு நடவடிக்கையில் பங்கேற்றேன். ஆனால், ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனத்துக்கு நான் தேர்வாகவில்லை.
இதற்கு மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட நான்கு தேர்வுகளில் நான் பெற்ற உண்மையானமதிப்பெண்களுக்கு ஏற்ற விகிதத்தில் வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் கணக்கிடப்படாததே காரணம்.தகுதி உள்ள நபர்கள் பணி நியமனத்துக்கு பரிசீலனை செய்யபடவில்லை. அதனால் ஆசிரியர்தகுதித் தேர்வுக்கு வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் கணக்கிடப்படும் முறையை மாற்ற வேண்டும். அதற்காக பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட அரசாணையை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என மனுவில் கோரப்பட்டது.இந்த மனு நீதிபதி ஆர்.சுப்பையா முன்பு வெள்ளிக்கிழமை (பிப்.14) விசாரணைக்குவந்தது.
மனுதாரர் தரப்பில் வழக்குரைஞர் எஸ்.நமோநாராயணன் ஆஜராகினார். மனுவை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி பிப்ரவரி 28-ஆம் தேதிக்குள் பதில் மனுத் தாக்கல் செய்யுமாறு அரசுக்கு நோட்டீஸ் அனுப்ப உத்தரவிட்டார்.
The persons who have got 100-104 and having less marks in +2, degree, B.ed are trying to delay the selection process.
ReplyDeleteBut the weightage GO is published in last year. Nobody realised the impact of this system for 2 years.
They cannot improve their +2, degree, B.ed marks. But can improve TET marks.
They have defined in the GO, based on % marks and not 90=104. But try to understand this. If you go on fight or filing case , there is no end. You cannot change the method now.(This question arises because almost 99.5% people have got 60-70% or 90-104)
It is not the right time to do like this.Already the uneducated politicians are playing like anything.
The persons who have got 100+ marks in TET (by their hard work) with very low marks in +2, degree, B.ed are crying.This is whose problem?
They tell the reasons like this. " We have studied in 1990s.that time the marks awarded are low. but now the marks are high". Then you are questioning the education system. ( I would like to give a message to those people, I have a friend studied in 1990s and got 76% in +2 and 85% in Degree and 75% in BEd and 68% in TET.).If I tell kike this, you will ask which college?, which university ?. There is no end for this.
For your advantage, you should not claim such a delaying and gunning cases. Due to this everyone will suffer.

Sir i appreciate your views! But i think you must know how the politician have behaved in this election situation and you know who is responsible for relaxation marks!! Therefore someone has to challenge such evil political powers !! Therefore never sacrifice the law for political reasons! we should give our support to those who are fighting against this evil and should appreciate their strength to challenge the Government!! dear friends all are very correct. for degree and bed. no problem because the slab is very length. but for plus two very short. totally ignore +2 marks

DeleteAntony Dicgurz ஒரு தகவலை சொல்கிறேன்....நானும் அரசு நிறுவனத்தில் தான் ஆசிரியர் படிப்பை முடித்தேன்...எங்கள் நிறுவனத்தில் படித்தவர்களில் 90%பேர் ஏழை மாணவர்கள் தான்...அதுமட்டுமில்லை நாங்கள் அனைவரும் இந்த படிப்பை தேர்ந்தெடுக்க முக்கிய காரணம் இதில் 5000 ருபாய் மட்டுமே கல்வி கட்டணமாக வசூலிக்கபடுகிறது....அது மட்டுமில்லாமல் உதவி தொகையும் கிடைக்கும்.....இங்கு சேர்ந்தவர்களில் குறைந்த மதிப்பெண் என்று பார்த்தல் அது 1030..தான்...உண்மையாக இது தான் கடைசி மதிப்பெண் 1100 மேல் 50% உள்ளனர்...அதிகம் பேர் கிராமபகுதியில் இருந்து தான் வந்திருந்தார்கள்...உண்மையில் இதனால் கிராமபுற படிக்கும் இளைஞர்கள் பயன் தான் பெறுவார்கள் தவிர..பதிக்கபடுவது குறைவு தான்...ஏனென்றால் அவர்கள் நகர்புற வசதி படைத்த மாணவர்களை போல பொறியியல் படிப்பில் சேரும் அளவிற்கு வசதி பெற்றிருக்கவில்லை....
DeleteGovt will select teachers only based on weightage method not for TET marks. Central govt NCTE cleared notification for teachers selection only for weightage method and give weightage for TET marks. TET only for elegiability exam for teachers not for employment.

ReplyDeleteJob is a not a matter for right persons, because most of the persons are working in various jobs as per family situation, after government announcement, most of the Seniors are try to complete the Tet exam, and passed very limited persons, verification stage also completed, but i cant believe this relaxation, because posting also very limited, in this stage why the government applied the relaxation method, I Don't know.
Politician life is shortly(more than 5 to 10 years), but good teacher life is (20 to 25 Years).
Plz understand one moment, "good teacher only create the good student"
So, plz select good teacher as per seniority based on Tet Marks(Include the Dted Marks)

ReplyDeleteThe court had already decided this matter and directted the govt not follow the appointment procedure based on TET marks only on the writ petition filed by some one in the last year. Subsequently the govt decided the weightage system. The same was clearly mentioned in GO no 252. So we can not ask the govt to give appointment based on TET marks. However we can ask weightage method. i.e we can ask not to give weightage for plus two and. Also rise the question how 90 is equal to 104 etc. But the candidate scored above 82in TET 2012 can go to the court to tet remedy
