ReplyDelete2012 ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு 5%மதிப்பெண் தளர்வு அரசாணை வழக்கு நீதியரசர் நாகமுத்து முன்னிலையில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தன. இன்று வழக்குகளின் அடுத்தகட்ட நகர்வு தெரியவரும்.

(Last week Friday, weightage writ argumented with Advocate general Somaiyaaji. He submitted positive points about weightage mode. Judge would make changes in that mode or rejects the writ. But it has more disadvantages. Weightage mode writ continues today too.)

DeleteRaja Thiruvengadam சார் 2013 சலுகை அதை கொண்டுதான் 2012ல் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்ட பின்பும் 2012 சலுகை வழக்கை விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்துள்ளார்களாம்...உண்மையில் இரண்டு வழக்குகளுக்கும் அரசு பதில் சொள்ளவேண்டியநிலை...இதில் இரண்டிலும் அதிககாலம் ஆகிவிட்டது அதுமட்டுமில்லாமல் இரண்டிலும் சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பும் முடிந்து விட்டது..ஆனால் 2013 சலுகை கொடுத்த வழக்கின் முடிவு ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும் பட்சத்தில் தான் 2012 வழக்கின் விசாரணைக்கு அரசு பதில் சொல்லவேண்டிவரும்....இன்னும் கொஞ்ச நாட்களில் முடிவு தெரிந்துவிடும்...

ReplyDeleteCBSE going to publish their CTET by 21st of this month...CBSE also a govt organisation...but they are going to publish their results....so it is crystal clear that the ELECTION COMMISSION rules and regulations are not applicable for EDUCATION( results and CV etc)... for some other reasons TRB delaying the process...not for election and all....

Deleteyes why not ? but there is a difficult that's the situation to cancel the 2013 relaxation . because govt says not possible 2012 relaxation . court will give guidance whether relaxation follow from 2012 onwards or coming exam onwards 2014

DeleteWhile Government passed G.O.Ms.No.29 Dated: 14.02.2014, they anticipated upcoming problems. Hence why they clearly mentioned 2013 & future TET candidates only will be eligible.

Sri sir, i would like to inform you that the weightage case will get judegement by tomorrow or within a week as it has been succesfully challenged and Honourable judge Mr.Nagamuthu has even questioned the weightage of tet marks ranging from 90 to 104, so there is a possiblility of a change in tet marks weightage system alone and the relaxation case will be in for discussion for another two weeks or 15 days! there wont be a cancellation or stay of certificate verification for those who got 82-90 but the judgement would be in favour of those have already undergone certificate verification and Many are expecting that the Honourable judge Nagamuthu would give privilage to those who have already undergone C.V(first priority). As everyone knew our honourable C.M has only give relaxation because of the election and not because of candidates!!!!!

ReplyDeleteTODAY ALL TET CASES WERE NOT COMING IN TIME OF HEARING. THE CASES APPROACHING TO NEAR THE TIME IS OVER. SIMILARLY THE ADVOCATE GENERAL HAS NOT COME IN THE COURT. THE GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE REQUESTED TO HON`BLE JUSTICE ALL THE TET CASES TO POSTPONED ON FRIDAY(20.03.2014) AT 02.15 PM ( I.E. CHALLENGING TO GO`S 252,29,25 THE ADVOCATE GENERAL SHOULD ATTEND ON THAT DAY.
