So we all in quick hav a sweet end as relaxation applicable to 2012 also & the judge direct the govt to consider it- since all r equal before law.

DeleteIn relaxation cases mentioned today there was no details about advocate S.Namonarayanan's case which includes WP.4182 P.Saranya, WP.4183 R.Krishna Priya, WP.4184 C.Priyavathana.. Someone had been commenting here that case came for hearing.. But when we checked it's status in "disposed and pending case status" it clearly shows that the case was last updated on Feb10, 2014... After Feb10, 2014 the case never came for hearing at all, then how come some people commenting like honourable judge Nagamuthu said something regarding this issue????? Whoever wants to know about the case status can get information from the authentic court website itself, no need to believe others imagination. Spreading rumours is not reality.. www.courtnic.nic.in

DeleteThese relaxation cases were listed under "Adjourned Admission" which means that the case not yet admitted but I saw some people exaggerating like judge spoke favour of them!!!! It's highly ridiculous...

Mr.Maniyarasan sir if you read my first comment you can make out that am also talking about 2012 relaxation.. That same case is still under "Adjourned Admission" which means that case is still not admitted and as far as court is concerned a case which is not yet admitted cannot come for hearing... So judge might have made that statement in general not specifically about 2012 relaxation.. If you have doubts pls go through court website, click "case search", enter case number 4184, you can see its current status.. It was last updated on Feb10 ,2014.. After that it was kept on moving to next day but not heard at all..

Delete5% relaxation of marks for the candidate belong to the reservation category is constitutional right . As per the Go. No. 181 dt.15.11.2011 the relaxation should be given to reservation candidate. The date of GO is prior to the date of Tet 2012. So officers of TRB should impliment the GO. Now the govt is implimenting the GO no 181 for 2013 tet. The constitutional benefits should be given to the all people. So the govt has no options except to give relaxation for 2012 TET. Hence we request the govt to revise the selection list of 2012 after including the name of the candidate scored above 82 in 2012 immediately.

ReplyDeleteAs 5% relaxation is given to 2013, the TET certificate should given to all relaxation candidates of all TNTET.
Latest news is that the Govt cannot give reasons to deny for TNTET 2012.It is a major strength for 2012 candidates.
No one can be denied their right because the same has been implemented for the same group of people.
if relaxation given to 2012 they will be selected as per previous method i.e w/o weight age system know???

The NCTE had already written a letter to all govts including TN to give relaxation in mark for reservation candidate. Also the dt. Of Go no. 181 is prior to the dt if TET 2012. ReplyDeleteThis is the first tet I have attended. I have completed my b.end last year only. Basically I am a pharmacist. I entered teaching line only after 2008. I did B.A English through correspondence. I am a gold medalist with 74.8% in ug. I did b.ed regularly in 2011-12 and I am the district first with 86%.
I am not hurting any body.
Relaxation LA this year pass ana friends kaga nanga 5 months wait pannugirom. Idhila 2012 verayanudhan sonnen. Ippa relaxation LA vandha 46000 + yerkanave CV mudicha 27000= 73000 LA vacancy ennavo romba kammidhan. Weight age 75 Ku keel a ullavangadhan bayapadanum. Vacancy kuraiyumonu. Usha mam appdiye2012 kKu kuduthakuda nearly 1800 (including all subjects) so no need to worry . moreover ungala madhiri science candidateku no problem mam. English Tamil maths mattumdhan problem. Neenga 72 physics thane. No problem

ReplyDeleteI have typed incorrectly. Actually it is G.o no 29 Feb 14 2014. Any have I want to clear one thing to tntet 2012. Candidates who wrotethe B.Ed exam just to clear it ( llike you) will get their own result only. But aspiring candidates who wrote the exam for challenges will gather the information from other colleges. As per it I got my place district wise. I don't have any need or any other thing to prove my proficiency ..... Leave following my comments and try to improve yourself. Then only.....at least in coming year you won't get the fate of expecting any relaxation from gov .... Stop your non sense.
