petitioner has challenged the
Government Order, in
G.O.Ms.No.25, School
Education (TRB)
Department, dated
06.02.2014, limiting its
application only to the TET
Examination held in the year
2013, without extending the
same retrospectively to the
examination held in the year
2012.

the other candidates with
similar prayer in
W.P.Nos.5591 of 2014 etc.
batch has been dismissed
by this Court, vide, order
dated 29.04.2014. The said
order will govern this writ
petition also. Hence, this
writ petition is dismissed.
