சமுக அறிவியல் பாடத்தில் TET 2013 தேர்ச்சி பெற்று, நூலிலையில் தனது பணிநியமனதகுதியை முதல் தேர்வு பட்டியலில் இடம் பெற தவறவிட்டு, அடுத்த இரண்டாவது தேர்வுபட்டியலுக்காக காத்திருப்பவர்களுக்கு, சமுதாய வாரியாக தனித்தனியாக ஒரு அட்டவணை.
1. ஒவ்வொரு 0.5-WTGE மதிப்பெண் வித்தியாசத்தில் எத்தனை நபர்கள் முதல்தேர்வு பட்டியலில் இடம்பெற்றிருக்கிறார்கள் என்றும்.
2. இரண்டாவது தேர்வு பட்டியலில் எவ்வளவு காலி பணியிடங்கள் TRBஅறிவிக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை பொருத்து ஒரளவுக்கு உத்தேசமாக கணிக்கலாம்.

* GO 71 படி , weightage அடிப்படையில் ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் என்பது ,முற்றிலும் ஏற்ற தாழ்வுள்ள ஒன்றாகும் .எப்போதோ படித்த கல்வியை இப்போதுள்ள கல்வி முறை மற்றும் மதிப்பெண் உடன் ஒப்பிடுவது நியாயமற்ற முறையாகும்.
* TET மதிப்பெண்ணிற்க்கு அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்து,தற்போதுள்ள திறமை மற்றும் அனுபவத்தின் தரம் கொண்டு ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் இருக்கவேண்டும்.
*முதல் GO வின் படி 90 மதிப்பெண் பெற்று,சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்த்து ,அடுத்த வாரம் வேலை கிடைத்துவிடும் என ஆவலுடன் இருந்த வேலையில் , 5% மதிப்பெண் தளர்வு என கூறி 82-89 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு வாய்ப்பு தந்தீர்கள் ,அவர்களுக்கு மதிப்பெண் தளர்வுதந்ததில் எங்களுக்கு எந்த பிரச்சனையும் இல்லை ஆனால் ,முதலில் ABOVE 90 எடுத்து CV முடித்த எங்களுக்கு பணி வழங்கிவிட்டு மீதம் இருந்தால் அவர்களுக்கும் பணி வழங்குங்கள், அதில் எங்களுக்கும் மகிழ்ச்சிதான். பணி அனுபவம் மற்றும் வயதிற்கு முக்கியத்துவம் தரவேண்டும்.
* இப்போதுள்ள காலிபணியிடங்களுடன் 2013-14 பணி இடங்களையும்,நலத்துறை மற்றும் நகராட்சி ,மாநகராட்சி பள்ளி காலிபணியிடங்களையும் சேர்த்து ஒரே சமயத்தில் நிரப்ப வேண்டும் .
