TNTET - 2012 & 2013 - பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களின் இறுதி பட்டியலில் முதியவர்களின் நிலை ????

கல்விச்செய்தி நண்பர்களே..
நீங்கள் ஒவ்வொருவரும் கல்விச்செய்தியின் அங்கமே..
வாசகர்களின் கருத்து சுதந்திரத்தை வரவேற்கும் இந்தப்பகுதியை ஆரோக்கியமாக பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ள அன்புடன் வேண்டுகிறோம்.
குறிப்பு:
1. இங்கு பதிவாகும் கருத்துக்கள் வாசகர்களின் சொந்த கருத்துக்களே. கல்விச்செய்தி இதற்கு எவ்வகையிலும் பொறுப்பல்ல.
2. கருத்தை நிராகரிக்கவோ, குறைக்கவோ, தணிக்கை செய்யவோ கல்விச்செய்தி குழுவுக்கு முழு உரிமை உண்டு.

நண்பரே நீங்கள் கொடுத்த அட்டவணை மிக சரியே . தெளிவாக கூறுகிறேன். கணித முறைப்படியும் கூறுகிறேன். நீங்கள் சொல்கிற 31 வயது முதல் 50 வரை உள்ளவர்களில் பெரும்பாலானவர்கள், ஏற்கனவே நடந்த TRB தேர்வுகளில் பாதிப்பேரும், மீதி உள்ளவர்கள் இதற்க்கு முன்பு நடந்த TET தேர்வுகளிலும் தேர்ச்சி பெற்று பணியில் இருப்பார்கள். அல்லது வேறு ஏதாவது அரசுத்துறையில் வேலை வாய்ப்பு பெற்று பணி செய்து கொண்டு இருப்பார்கள். அதனால் தான் இந்த விகிதாச்சார வேறுபாடு. 41 வயது முதல் 50 வயது வரை TET தேர்வு எழுதியவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை மிக குறைவே. எனினும் நீங்கள் வழங்கிய அட்டவணை படி முதியவர்களின் தேர்ச்சி சதவீதம் மிக அதிகமே. கூட்டி கழித்து பாருங்கள் எல்லாம் சரியாக வரும்.

Because our Education system indifference with employment opportunities would not satisfy all those who pass out year by year. Hence today's youngster will become tomorrows elders. ReplyDeleteweightage systam மூலம் பணி வழங்கப்பட்டது என தப்பி தவறி வாய் வார்த்தைக்கு கூட சொல்லி விடாதீர்கள்.
2012ல் weightage system பின்பற்றப்படவில்லை என்று உங்களால் நிரூபிக்க முடியுமா?

மேற்கண்ட புள்ளிவிவரங்கள்படி 2508 இது பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களின் தேர்வில் 24% இவர்கள் அனைவரும் 14 வருடங்களுக்கு முன் +2 முடித்து , 11 வருடங்களுக்கு முன் degree முடித்து, 10வருடங்களுக்கு முன் B.ed முடித்தவர்கள்.இவர்கள் +2, degree , B.ed ஒவ்வொரு பிரிவிலும் above 80% பெற்றவர்கள் . இவர்களை தேர்ந்தெடுத்ததில் என்ன தவறு ?
இவர்களைப்போல் 1981 to 1987 க்குள் பிறந்தவர்கள் 64% மீதி 12% 1988 க்கு பிறகு பிறந்தவர்கள் ……இவர்கள் ஒவ்வொருவரும் ஒவ்வொரு காலகட்டத்தில் ஒவ்வொரு படபிரிவிலும் குறைந்தபட்சம் 75% மேல் பெற்றவர்கள் ...இது போன்று சிறந்தவர்களை அரசு தேர்ந்த்தேடுத்ததில் என்ன தவறு இருக்கிறது ...இதைப்பற்றி கூறினால் அரசாங்கத்தை பாராட்டவேண்டும் ..அதை செய்வதற்கு நல்ல மனது வேண்டும் ...குற்றம் சொல்லியே பழக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு ஒரு காரணம் தேவை அதுதான் தற்போது போராட்டம் என்ற பெயரில் தனது இயலாமையை வெளிப்படுத்தி ....பொது மக்களுக்கு இடையூறு ,தேர்தல் ஆணையம் ,ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம், போலீஸ் இவர்களின் வேலையை தடுப்பவர்களுக்கு ஆதரவு அளிக்கும் அரசியல்வாதிகள்...
ஒரு சிறந்த ஆசிரியரை தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது அரசாங்கத்தின் வேலை ...என்பது எங்களுக்கு புரிந்தது ...
தற்போது இந்த தேர்வு முறையில் மாற்றம் வேண்டும் என நினைப்பது தனக்கு வாய்ப்பு இல்லை என்ற ஒரே காரணம்தான்.

2012 weightage என்பது மதிப்பெண் வீச்சு முறையில் நடைமுறைபடுத்தப்பட்டு தர வரிசை தயாரிக்க மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டது...
ஏனென்றால் அப்போது தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற அனைவருக்கும் பணி வழங்கப்பட்டது.
அப்போது பாதிக்கப்பட ஆளே இல்லை...
இப்போது முதலில் 90 மதிப்பெண் மேல் பெற்று தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவரே பாதிப்படைவதால் தான்..இவ்வளவு பெரிய பிரளயம்....

Selected candidates didn't/never understood the problem in present weightage.
ReplyDeleteNew youngsters didn't need communal reservation. They support only quality. But socially community reservation is necessary to equalise the suppressed rights beyond quality. This maturity begins in youngster mind only when he/she attains social maturity.
If tn govt already followed the weightage mode as tet 90%, empl 5%, teaching exp 5% & appoint like the selection process in pg trb & if u lose ur opportunity just by one or 0.5 weightage mark - then what's ur next move?!
Calculate the total count % of youngsters(date of birth between Aged 21-30) in all subjects & then compare to the total count % of candidates (Aged 35 above).
Above 60% of the tet posts are grabbed by the higher academic performance of young candidates with just 82-95 tet marks. (Above tet 95 marks younger candidates r exceptional.)
If above mentioned weightage mode as followed in pg trb is already followed in tet, 50% young candidates with higher tet marks wil get job though they hav less empl & teaching exp.
50% candidates above age 25-35 onwards those who hav minimum empl & teaching exp mark, with lesser mark 82-95 wil get job. (Above tet 95 marks aged candidates r exceptional.)
This is the opportunity of social equality followed and provided in pg trb. (empl seniority of B.Ed & teaching exp after completing B.Ed is also a weightage mode followed in pg trb selection).
In this occasion, above 95 tet young candidates r in safe boat acquired selection by better academic performance. Above 95 tet aged candidates some what too competed with their purple old mark sheets & jumped to sel list.
20-30% of the tet posts r easily grabbed by youngsters with the present weightage mode paving the way of better school and college performance. Its not wrong. Knowledge should b crowned. Beyond quality, social equality should b given first preference. If quality only considered then it is a factory. Only if ups and downs r levelled, then it is a society.
If our fathers/mothers r conducted running competition with our younger generation, we wil definitely beat them easily. Few with their synergy come up & win among but with very higher efforts.
(Otherwise the tet notification should b announced as a tet candidate only with above 80% in all their basic qualifications-12th, ug, B.Ed should apply for recruitment. Then they never commit for competition)
TET JUDGEMENT ON WEIGHTAGE MODE WILL DRASTICALLY CHANGE MANY LIVES.

Delete90 க்கு மேல் எடுத்து சமூக அறிவியலில் தேறியவர்கள் தேராயமாக 2400 பேர்கள் மட்டுமே, இது வரை அறிவித்த சமூக அறிவியல் காலி பணியிடங்கள் 3560 இடங்கள். 95 மதிப்பெண் எடுத்து வேலை கிடைக்க வில்லை. என்ன கொடுமை இது. உண்மையிலே வருத்த பட வேண்டியது தான்.

DeleteHai Friends. I suppose that the govt (court). is going to give some special mark (in weightage) to the seniority. Actually this kind of judgement was already given in Hariyana.
