அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி இயக்க தொடர் பயிற்சியால், தொடக்க பள்ளிகளில் கற்றல், கற்பித்தல் பணியில் பாதிப்பு ஏற்பட்டு வருகிறது. அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி இயக்கம் கடந்த 2000-த்தில் ஒன்று முதல் எட்டாம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலும் மாணவர்கள் கல்வி தரத்தினை மேம்படுத்த தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
செயல்வழி கற்றல் இதன் மூலம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டு, இன்றளவும் செயல்பாட்டில் உள்ளது.
தொடக்க மற்றும் நடுநிலை பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பள்ளி, மேலாண்மை குழு பயிற்சி, ஆங்கில வாசிப்பு திறன் மேம்பாட்டு பயிற்சி, அறிவியல் செய்முறை பயிற்சி, மாணவர்களை கையாளும் பயிற்சி உட்பட பல்வேறு பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.இந்த பயிற்சி முதல் பருவத்தில் நடத்தப்படாமல், இரண்டாம் பருவகடைசி கால கட்டத்திலும், மூன்றாம் பருவ கடைசி கால கட்டத்திலும் நடத்தப்படுகிறது. இதனால், கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் பணிகளில் தொய்வு ஏற்படுவதாக ஆசிரியர்கள் புகார் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர்.
கடந்த டிசம்பர் மாதம் தேர்வு,அரையாண்டு விடுமுறைக்குரிய மாதம். ஆனால், கடந்த 6-ம் தேதி, 13-ம் தேதியில் பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட்டது. இந்த மாதம் ஜன.3-ம் தேதி குழந்தை உரிமைகள் குறித்த பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட்டது. வருகிற 5, 12, 19,27 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் பிரிட்டிஷ் கவுன்சில் ஆங்கில பயிற்சி,6-ம் தேதி அறிவியல் பயிற்சி, 24-ம் தேதி குறுவளமைய கூட்ட பயிற்சி நடக்கிறது. இந்த மாதம் 14 முதல் 17-ம் தேதி வரை பொங்கல் விடுமுறையாகும். 26-ம் தேதி குடியரசு தினமாகும். ஈராசிரியர் பள்ளியில் ஒரு ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சிக்கு சென்றால், அடுத்த ஆசிரியர் ஐந்து வகுப்புகளையும் கவனிக்க வேண்டும். கற்றல் பணியை முழுமையாக மேற்கொள்ள இயலாது.தொடக்கபள்ளி ஆசிரியர் ஒருவர் கூறும்போது: இந்த மாதம் பொங்கல் லீவு, குடியரசு தின லீவு வருகிறது. ஆண்டு தொடக்கத்தில் இதை தவிர்க்கலாம். ஈராசியர் பள்ளியில் உள்ள ஒரு ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சிக்கு வருவதால் மற்ற ஒரு ஆசிரியர் அனைத்து வகுப்புகளையும் கவனிக்க வேண்டும்.
இதனால், மாணவர்களுக்கு கற்றல், கற்பித்தல் பணிகளில் தொய்வு ஏற்படும். முதல் பருவ கால கட்டமான ஜூன் மாதம் முதல் செப்டம்பர் மாதத்துக்குள் இந்த பயிற்சிகளை வழங்க வேண்டும். மூன்றாம்பருவம் குறுகிய காலம் கொண்டது.மாணவர்கள் இறுதி தேர்வுக்கு தயாராவதால், அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி இயக்கத்தினர் வழங்கும் பயிற்சி மாணவர்களை முழுமையாக சென்றடையாது. அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி இயக்க நிதியை செலவழிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கில் திடீரென பயிற்சிக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்கின்றனர். வருங்காலத்தில் இதனை தவிர்க்க வேண்டும்.
Not necessary training to teacher.... They got so many training ....pl think about the teacher... Pl give time to teach lesson to poor and innocent children...
ReplyDeleteAs per the SC advices, training programme should be provided to all the teachers. The question is when should be conducted the programme. The Education Department should take of students' precious time learning which should not be spoiled.
