சிவில் சர்வீஸ் முதல்நிலை தேர்வு எழுதும் மாணவர்களுக்கு UPSC புதிய அறிவிப்பு ஒன்றை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. அக்டோபர் 4ம் தேதி நாடு முழுவதும் சிவில் சர்வீஸ் முதல்நிலை தேர்வு நடைபெற உள்ளதாக தகவல் வெளியாகி உள்ளது. இந்த நிலையில் தேர்வு எழுதும் மையத்தை மாணவர்களின் விருப்பத்திற்கேற்ப மாற்றிக்கொள்ளலாம் என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளது. மேலும் upsconline.nic.in என்ற இணையதளத்தின் மூலம் தேர்வு மையத்தை மாற்றிக் கொள்ளலாம் என்று தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நாடு முழுவதும் கடந்த 99 நாட்களாக ஊரடங்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு அமலில் உள்ள நிலையில் மத்திய அரசின் தேர்வாணையம் நடத்தும் ஐஏஎஸ், ஐபிஎஸ் சிவில் சர்வீஸ் முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வு ஒத்திவைக்கப்படும் சூழ்நிலை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. மத்திய அரசின் குடிமைப் பணிகளான ஐஏஎஸ், ஐஎஃப்எஸ், ஐபிஎஸ் உள்ளிட்ட பணிகளுக்கான முதல் நிலைத்தேர்வில் நாடு முழுவதும் 10 லட்சத்துக்கும் அதிகமான மானவர்கள் தேர்வு எழுத அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
இதில் தேர்ச்சி அடைபவர்கள் நேர்முகத் தேர்வுக்கு அழைக்கப்படுவார்கள். ஆனால், கொரோனா பாதிப்பால் இந்த ஆண்டு நடக்கவிருந்த முதல் நிலைத்தேர்வு தள்ளி வைக்கப்பட்டது. கடந்த ஆண்டு முதன்மைத் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சியடைந்தவர்களுக்கான நேர்முகத் தேர்வும் நடக்கவில்லை. இந்த நிலையில் வருகின்ற அக்டோபர் 4ம் தேதி நாடு முழுவதும் சிவில் சர்வீஸ் முதல்நிலை தேர்வு நடைபெற உள்ளதாக தகவல் வெளியானது. இதனையடுத்து தேர்வு எழுதும் மையத்தை மாணவர்களின் விருப்பத்திற்கேற்ப மாற்றிக்கொள்ள upsconline.nic.in என்ற இணையதளத்தை பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம் என்று UPSC அறிவித்துள்ளது.
