ReplyDeleteமுதுநிலை ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் பிழையான தமிழ்க் கேள்வித் தாளில் மறு தேர்வு நடத்த சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
கடந்த 21.7.2013ல் நடந்த ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு தமிழ் தேர்வை மாநிலம் முழுதும் 32 ஆயிரம் பேர் எழுதினர். இதில் சுமார் 8 ஆயிரம் பேர் வரை குரூப் பி-யில் பிழையான கேள்வித் தாள் இருந்ததாகவும், அதில் 40 மதிப்பெண்கள் வரை இருந்த பிழையான கேள்வித் தாளால் தங்கள் வாய்ப்பு பறிபோனதாகவும் கூறி, இதற்காக மறு தேர்வு நடத்த வேண்டும், அல்லது முழு மதிப்பெண் இதற்கு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தி மதுரை கோ.புதூரைச் சேர்ந்த விஜயலட்சுமி என்பவர் சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளையில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார்.,
இந்த மனு மீதான விசாரணை நீதிபதி எஸ்.நாகமுத்து முன்னிலையில் நடைபெற்று வந்தது.
இதில், மறு தேர்வு நடத்த செவ்வாய்க் கிழமை இன்று நீதிபதி உத்தரவிட்டார்.
அரசுத் தரப்பில் ஆஜரான தலைமை வழக்குரைஞர் சோமையாஜி,
மறு தேர்வு நடத்த கால அவகாசத்துடன் நேரம் அதிகமாகும் என்பதால், 40 மதிப்பெண்களை நீக்கி விட்டு மீதத்துக்கு கணக்கில் கொள்ளலாம் என்றும், அல்லது 40 மதிப்பெண்களை போனஸ் மதிப்பெண்ணாகக் கொடுக்கலாம் என்றும் ஆலோசனை கூறினார். ஆனால் இந்த ஆலோசனைகளை நீதிபதி ஏற்க மறுத்துவிட்டார்.
4 மாதிரி பிரிவு வினாத்தாள் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டது, இதில்1 பிரிவில் மட்டுமே பிழையான வினாத்தாள் இருந்துள்ளது. இந்த வினாத்தாள் அனைத்துமே பிழை என்றால் அரசின் பரிந்துரைகளை ஏற்கலாம் ஆனால் ஒரு பிரிவு மாணவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே என்பதால் பாதிப்பு கணக்கிடப் படும்.
எனவே, இந்த உத்தரவு கிடைத்த 6 வாரங்களுக்குள் மறு தேர்வு நடத்த வேண்டும்.
இதற்காக, ஏற்கெனவே பயன்படுத்திய பழைய நுழைவுச் சீட்டையே பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம்; அல்லது அதனை இணையத்தில் இருந்து டவுன்லோடு செய்து பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம். புதிய விண்ணப்பமும் பெறத் தேவையில்லை என்றார் நீதிபதி

What about other pig's result
ReplyDeleteMissed the selection in Last year pg trb 2011-12 by 1 mark becos of cv 2 called & expected 2nd list upto may 10th 2013. But govt suddenly called new call for by neglecting cv called. In this trb pg tam 2012-13, worked hard and scored 110 expected in OC GENERAL. But the court stayed and simply cancelled the exam. Though with utmost interest and knowledge, mind cant prepare to write re exam.

ReplyDeleteIn the examination hall, come out of yourself & think about your mind. How much pressure it feels...
Preparation for exam forgetting ourselves with lots of books for 3 months without wasting single minute ended with a thickest drop of tears.
Giving the same pressure for the 3rd time irritates & to b feel on thorns. Unwanted game was gone between the court & trb. All played well in many lives of tamil pg candidates. Lots of thanks to them .
Only bcos of self satisfaction i had tried for the 2nd time with full efforts in pg tam. But many frnds with sleepless nights thrown away from private schls waits that their life path wil b turned today flowery even though they scored higher than 105 marks nearer to general OC.
But court throws still more thorns infront of them. With confidence all of u, cross that thorns and face re exam. Congrates to all.
My 110+3 additional key marks+1 seniority marks=104 marks gone mere waste as a leaf shed down.
Anybody knows about govt & trb's idea on today's judgement abt re exam do update here.
( also having an idea of higher appeal if 5 to 10 higher scorers join together if trb didnt appeal for further judgement. Court stayed tamil pg for the candidate who scored just 65 marks. Why cant the bench remove that judgement if 70% of hardworkers affected by that justice if 5 to 10 higher scorers appeal further within a week)
