ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வில் (டி.இ.டி.,)தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள்,பொங்கல் பண்டிகைக்குப் பின்,பணி நியமனம் செய்யப்பட உள்ளனர். வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் காரணமாக,தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள்,இறுதிதேர்வுப் பட்டியலில் இடம்பிடிக்க,கடும் போட்டியை சந்திக்க உள்ளனர்.ஆகஸ்ட், 17, 18தேதிகளில் நடந்த டி.இ.டி.,தேர்வில், 27ஆயிரம் பேர்,தேர்ச்சி பெற்றனர். எனினும்,அரசு பள்ளிகளில்,
15ஆயிரம் இடங்கள் மட்டுமே,காலியாக உள்ளன.
டிசம்பர் இறுதிக்குள்,சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பை நடத்தி முடித்திட,டி.ஆர்.பி.,திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. ஜனவரி முதல் வாரத்திற்குள்,இறுதி தேர்வுப் பட்டியல் தயாரானால்,பொங்கல் முடிந்ததும், 15ஆயிரம் பேரும்,பணி நியமனம் செய்யப்படுவர் என,உயர் அதிகாரி ஒருவர் தெரிவித்தார்.கடும் போட்டி உறுதி : டி.இ.டி.,தேர்வில், 150க்கு, 60சதவீதம் (90மதிப்பெண்) எடுத்தவர்கள்,தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இறுதி தேர்வானது,பள்ளி படிப்பு மற்றும் பட்ட படிப்புகளில் எடுத்த மதிப்பெண்களும்,கணக்கில் கொள்ளப்பட்டு,அதில் பெற்றமதிப்பெண், 40க்கு கணக்கிடப்படும்.டி.இ.டி.,தேர்வில் எடுத்த மதிப்பெண், 60க்கு கணக்கிடப்பட்டு,மொத்தத்தில், 100க்கு,தேர்வர் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில்,இறுதி தேர்வுப் பட்டியல் தயாரிக்கப்படும்.இடைநிலை ஆசிரியரை பொறுத்தவரை,பிளஸ்2க்கு, 15மதிப்பெண்,ஆசிரியர் பட்டய தேர்வுக்கு, 25மதிப்பெண் என, 40மதிப்பெண் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இதில்,பிளஸ்2தேர்வில், 90சதவீதத்திற்கும் அதிகமான மதிப்பெண்களை பெற்றவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே, 15மதிப்பெண் முழுமையாக கிடைக்கும். அதேபோல்,ஆசிரியர் பட்டய தேர்வில், 70சதவீதம் மற்றும் அதற்கும் அதிகமாக மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருந்தால் தான், 25மதிப்பெண்,முழுமையாக கிடைக்கும். இல்லையெனில்,இந்த மதிப்பெண் குறையும்.
கடும் போட்டி :
அதேபோல்,பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியரை பொறுத்தவரை,பிளஸ்2க்கு, 10மதிப்பெண்,பட்ட படிப்பிற்கு, 15மதிப்பெண் மற்றும் பி.எட்.,படிப்பிற்கு, 15மதிப்பெண் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.இந்த, 40மதிப்பெண்களையும்,முழுமையாக பெற வேண்டும் எனில்,முறையே, 90சதவீதம், 70சதவீதம் (பட்டப் படிப்பு மற்றும் பி.எட்.,)மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். இத்துடன்,டி.இ.டி.,தேர்வில், 90சதவீத மதிப்பெண் (150க்கு, 135மதிப்பெண்) பெற்றிருப்பவர்களுக்குமட்டுமே,வேலை உறுதி. மற்றவர்கள்,கடும் போட்டியை சந்திக்க வேண்டியிருக்கும்.கடந்த தேர்வுகளில்,காலி பணியிடங்களை விட,தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர் எண்ணிக்கை குறைவாக இருந்ததால்,வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண்கள் கணக்கிடாமல்,தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற அனைவருக்கும் வேலை கிடைத்தது. ஆனால்,தற்போது,காலியிடங்கள் எண்ணிக்கை குறைவாகவும்,தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருப்பவர் எண்ணிக்கை,அதிகமாகவும் இருப்பதால்,இந்த போட்டி ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.

On questioning her further if the cases are pertaining to Tamil re-exam or some other issues, she did not have clear answer for it.
