முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு கணக்கு பாடத்தேர்வில் 9 கேள்விகளை நீக்கியது தவறு என சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்ற மதுரை கிளையில் வழக்கு தொடுக்கப்பட்டது.

கேள்விகள் விவரம்:

The petitioner has challenged the action of the Board deleting ninequestions viz., Question Nos.23, 36, 49, 50, 64, 68, 88, 99 and 137, in "A"series question paper for mathematics subject, from evaluation. According to the petitioner, he had rightly answered the question Nos.23, 36, 49, 64, 88 and 99. It is further contended that the above six questions have been wrongly deleted by the Board on the ground that either the question itself is wrong or none of the answers is right.

JUDGEMENT

the writ petitioner is not entitled for any relief in this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly the same is dismissed.
