மூன்றாவது முறையாக நடத்தப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் தற்போது வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன. எழுதியது ஆறரை லட்சம் பேர். தேர்ச்சி பெற்றது 27 ஆயிரத்து 92 பேர் மட்டுமே. அதாவது தேர்ச்சி விகிதம்
4.21 சதவீதம்தான்.அனைவருக்கும் கட்டாய இலவசக் கல்விச் சட்டத்தின்படி, ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள்தான் ஒன்று முதல் எட்டாம் வகுப்பு வரை ஆசிரியர்களாகப் பணியாற்ற முடியும்.
அதற்காக, தமிழ்நாட்டில் கடந்த ஆண்டுஜூலை 12-ஆம் தேதி, ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு, முதல் முறையாக நடைபெற்றது. 6.76 லட்சம் பேர் எழுதிய அந்தத் தேர்வில் 2,448 ஆசிரியர்கள் மட்டுமே தேர்ச்சி பெற்றனர். அதன் தேர்ச்சி விகிதம் 0.36சதவீதம்தான். தேர்வு நேரம் போதவில்லை என்று தேர்வு எழுதியவர்கள் குறை கூறினார்கள். இதைத் தொடர்ந்து, ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறாதவர்கள் மட்டுமல்லாமல் புதிதாக படித்து முடித்தவர்களுக்கும் ஏற்கெனவே விண்ணப்பிக்காதவர்களுக்கும் சேர்த்து கடந்த ஆண்டு அக்டோபர் 14-ஆம் தேதி மறுதேர்வு நடத்தப்படும் என்று ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் அறிவித்தது. அத்துடன், ஆசிரியர்களின் கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று தேர்வு நேரத்தை ஒன்றரை மணி நேரத்திலிருந்து மூன்று மணி நேரமாக அதிகரித்தது. மறு தேர்வு எழுதிய 6.56 லட்சம் பேரில் தேர்ச்சியடைந்தவர்கள் 2.99 சதவீதம் மட்டுமே.
கடந்த ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் மூன்றாவது முறையாக நடத்தப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வை 6.6 லட்சம் பேர் எழுதினர். இதில் 27,092 பேர் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர். இதன்தேர்ச்சி விகிதம் 4.21 சதவீதம் மட்டுமே. முதல் தாள் எழுதிய 2.62 லட்சம் பேரில் 2,908 ஆண்களும் 9,688 பெண்களும் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர். அதாவது, ஒன்று முதல் ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு வரை பணிபுரிவதற்குரிய தகுதித் தேர்வான முதல் தாளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள் 4.80 சதவீதம் பேர். ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பிலிருந்து எட்டாம் வகுப்பு வரை இரண்டாம் தாளை எழுதிய 4 லட்சம் பேரில் 4,835 ஆண்களும்9,661 பெண்களும் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர். அதாவது, ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பிலிருந்து எட்டாம் வகுப்பு வரை பணிபுரிவதற்குரிய தகுதித் தேர்வான இரண்டாம் தாளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள் 3.62 சதவீதம். இந்த இரண்டு தாள்களிலும் பெண்கள்தான் அதிக அளவில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர். புதுச்சேரியில் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்வு எழுதிய 7,991 பேரில் 1.4 சதவீதம் பேரே தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர்.
ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி விகிதம் ஐந்து சதவீதத்தைக் கூட எட்டமுடியாமல் இருப்பது, ஆசிரியர்களின் தரத்தைக் கேள்விக் குறியாக்கியுள்ளது. இவ்வளவு குறைவான எண்ணிக்கையில் தேர்ச்சி இருந்தால் ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கான டிப்ளமோ மற்றும் பட்டப் படிப்புப் படித்த ஆசிரியர்கள்அனைவரும் எப்போது இந்த ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவார்கள்? எப்போது வேலை பெறுவார்கள் என்பதுதான் இப்போது நம்முன் நிற்கும் கேள்விக்குறி.

ReplyDeleteI have got 113 in TET (English) cut off 79. Is TC important for CV ? I am doing M.A II year, 3 semesters got over. If TC is important, I have to discontinue my course. But I have got course certificate from the college. All the information like -date of birth, Father's name and conduct is given in the course certificate. Is it enough for CV instead of TC? Concern authorities please answer me.

ReplyDeletefirst upon we should understand the exam pattern, tet paper 2 science people wrote the exam in all papers example tamil, english, maths, science, psychology, if Pg people wrote only their subject, if bt teachers may be permitted to as his own subject examination, they will definitely succeed his own subject, but our current exam pattern is testify the bt science teachers knowledge in tamil, english, maths knowledge, so the bt teachers could not achieve the percentage of mark in the examination. when the government will be permitted the bt teachers write the examination in.their own subject only they will definitely achieve their percentages in the examination.
