Deleteno
Deleteno chance sir, this is given only for commerce. but it should be for all
Deletequestion is: IN 19 TH CENTURY RESEARCH BY.............. PROCLAIMS THAT BENGAL STATE OF THE 5 LAKH POPULATION ONLY 4 WOMEN ARE LITERATES
DeleteA) CHATTARJI (B) ROCKFELLOR (C) ADISESHAIAH (D) ADAM SMITH
TRB stuck with the answer key which was published by them for that education question...(adam smith)....they already informed court about that...so there is only 2 questions deleted in commerce and one in history....
ReplyDeleteBut in all newspaper clearly given sir question numbers
Delete61.Question No.63 reads as follows;
Delete"63.In the 19th century the research by _____ proclaims that in
Bengal State of the 5 lakhs population only 4 women were literates.
(A) Chatterji (B) Rockfeller
(C) Adiseshaiah (D) Adam Smith"
62.According to the key answer, the option "D" - "Adam Smith" is the
correct answer. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that
Adam Smith lived only during 18th century and therefore, he would not have
conducted any statistical investigation in respect of the literacy of women in
19th century. The learned counsel has referred to the book titled "Economic
Theory", for Higher Secondary - Second year class, published by the Tamil Nadu
Text book Corporation, wherein at page 180, it has been clearly stated that Adam
Smith lived between the years 1723 and 1790. Therefore, it is crystal clear that
Adam Smith would not have made any statistical investigation in 19th century
about the literacy of women in Bengal. Admittedly, option "A", "B" & "C" are
not correct answers. In my considered opinion, the petitioner was right in
submitting that the option "D" is not the correct answer. Therefore, I hold that
the question No.63 should be deleted and accordingly, it is ordered to delete.
THIS IS THE JUDGEMENT ON 6TH NOVEMEBER 2013. FOR COMMERCE PETITIONER
this the judgement site : http://judis.nic.in/judis_chennai/qrydisp.aspx?filename=63403.
Deleteafter this judgement, trb informed the court (with some evidence) that they are going to stuck with that answer and the court accepted the same...
ReplyDeletesri sir, this above judgement on 6 th November but again on 4th December also judgement says same thing. it means it was not informed to the court.even if it is informed it should have been mentioned in recent judgment as per news papers. because judgement copy not published site.but here other subject people those who got one mark less than cutoff again it will be problem for all you know sir?
ReplyDeletesri sir, this above judgement on 6th November but again on 4 th December also judgment says that to delete question 68( adam smith question). if it is informed to the court as you said it should have been mentioned in 4th December judgment. ( but judgement copy not published in court web site) this news all in news paper only. now my doubt is if other subject candidates, those who got one mark less to their cut off go to court it will be problem to all you know sir?

DeletePG TAMIL:
ReplyDeleteNobody is there to discuss about pg tamil issue & its quick solution.
Hoping that govt with very strong appeal vacat the re exam judgement by submitting the subject expert committee decision & too expect that oppose the mistaken qns r not 40 but it is just below 5 to 10.
TRB wil soon find the better judgement for pg tamil issue within a week & it wil b the medicine for the painful hardworkers of all series.
no one clear my doubt that i am selected in 1st list english be. one mark above than cut off and also i have one cut totally my mark is 89+1+90. be english cut off is 88. 30 members selected in additional list. by the additional list is there any problem to me?.
ReplyDeleteConfirm problem because.if last cut offcandidate have more Weightage mark means it ll create a problem.
ReplyDeletei think the problem is only those who are in last cut of. bcz trb selected in the range of 1:1 . the case also filed why trb consider the seniority alone? consider experiences also. if trb might select 1:5 means ,u r right, it should be problem. trb selected 1:1 . so any body got more than cut off means no problem. if need 5 members in cut off to posting means , trd going to select the top 5 among the others in same cut off. is it?
DeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteYes you are right. All the best
ReplyDeleteIs there any pending case in commerce? When will be the final list prepared? Bcoz of 2 deleted question marks of last cut off marks of some candidates may be varied and it may lead to some complications in getting posting
ReplyDeleteone person got 105 in first list and having 1 waitage mark his cut off is 105+1-106. If he had got 1 mark for primary data question , now his mark new mark is 104+1-105
At the same time candidate in additional c.v list having 105+1-6 but he don't get mark for raw data previously, had no change in new cut off and remains 105+1-106
Now the question is who will get job person in first c.v list or additional c.v list
what are the question deleted. 48 and 63 or 44 and 48 in A series ?
DeleteNew list ll come they will get job
Deletefirst we must know whether they are going to change cut off mark on the basis of new mark or not?what is your mark sir?
ReplyDeleteI dn't know about trb's decision.i got 120 cut off. primary data& adam smith questions r deleted
