2013 ல் நடந்த, முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் (வணிகவியல்) நியமனத் தேர்வில் பங்கேற்றேன். இதில் ஏழு கேள்விகளுக்கு உத்தேச பதில்களில், தவறான விடைகள் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன. அவற்றிற்கு சரியான விடைகள் எழுதியிருந்தேன். எனக்கு, ஏழு கேள்விகளுக்கும் முழு மதிப்பெண் வழங்க உத்தரவிட வேண்டும்" என மனு செய்தார்.

சரியான விடையை தேர்வு செய்தல் அடிப்படையில், வினாத்தாள் அமைந்துள்ளது. இதில் 2 கேள்விகள் ( 48,63) முரண்பட்டு, கேள்விக்கும், விடைக்கும் தொடர்பின்றி உள்ளன. இவற்றை நீக்கம் செய்து, முழு மதிப்பெண் வழங்க வேண்டும். சில கேள்விகளுக்கு, மதிப்பெண் வழங்க, கோர்ட் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.இவற்றின் அடிப்படையில், முதுகலை வணிகவியல் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனத் தேர்வில் பங்கேற்றவர்களின் விடைத்தாள்களை, ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் மறு மதிப்பீடு செய்ய வேண்டும். அதனடிப்படையில் தேர்வு முடிவை வெளியிட வேண்டும், என்றார்.
why these TRB is making such mess? what s the fortune of those who went for first list of CV? i wish TRB should initiate a coloumn in the application form as the result of the TRB is valid and no such cases should be filed.

ReplyDeleteTRB is just evolving. On the previous occasions, the quantum of filing cases is very small. Now, the variety and complexity of filing cases have increased. TRB is facing cases on all fronts; eligibility, method of selection, awarding marks etc.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, this shows the maturity of the candidates and the openness of TRB. In the previous years, no candidate bothers about the answer key, but now the candidates refer each and every question through the internet or with standard textbooks, and if they feel the answer key is wrong and it is affecting their selection, then only they are filing cases.
The working style of democracy is sometimes slow but it evolves steadily. What you are experiencing is democracy in action.
I am against the irresponsible answer given by TRB as they are just an govt agency conducting examinations, they have all rights to make the question setters responsible for these type of problems.
TRB should ask the question setters to provide
1. The source/origin of the question ( the textbook written by a renowned author)
2. Supporting evidence for the question
3. For an exam program to have legal defensibility there must be evidence as to the test’s
quality that would stand up in a court challenge. You will need to be able to provide
evidence that sound, professionally recommended guidelines were followed throughout
the design, development, and maintenance of the exam program.
4. Strict adherence to validity, reliability, fairness, and legal defensibility should be maintained.
5. Conducting an exam to this proportion is not an easy job. It needs a dedicated and brilliant team that is obsessive of quality and looking for fine details.
TRB should take the road of legal defensibility in conducting examinations. The prospectus must be thorough and it must be the final authority (without any ambiguities) for any clarifications regarding the eligibility, mode of examination, selection process etc.
Hope, the upcoming exams will be free from any errors.
