Even i attended the court proceeddings on friday where i was able to clearly understand that all the confusions were becuase of the TRB. The arguements were strong about the cancellation of this 5% reservation and at the end of the session it gave me full hope that the judgement will be favourable as it evident that our honourable judege has criticised TRB very badly! it is a shame to TRB and their policy! The hearing regarding this is on monday at 2.15 p.m at the chennai high court(court room no:9). Including my self. We hope all cases wil comes to End before june itself. This is my Humble request . Case wil give suffer not only passed candidates and also their parents. Plz consider our parents & family problems. We have responsible to take care our family. Friends plz wait for while but don't put new case. Hope we al get job in June!

7 மதிப்பெண் கூடுதலாக கொடுக்கப் பட்டால் 55 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர் 62 மதிப்பெண் பெறுவார் 83 பெற்றவர் 90 மதிப்பெண் பெறுவார். 102 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர் 109 பெறுவார்.
இதன்படி பார்த்தால் பலருக்கு weightage மதிப்பெண் அதிகரிக்கும்.
ஆனால் 5% தளர்வினால் 82-89 பெற்றவர்கள் மட்டுமே பயனடைவார்கள்.81 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர்களுக்கோ,104 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர்களோ எவ்வித பயனையும் பெற முடியாது.
எனவே 7 மதிப்பெண் கூடுதலாக கொடுத்தல் என்பது வேறு.
தேர்ச்சி மதிப்பெண்ணில் 5% தளர்வு வழங்குதல் என்பது வேறு.
No matter what happens, Surely 2012 will not come under relaxation and nobody can alter the G.O..

Here chance doesnt matter my dear frnd...it was their (Trb) headache for not conducting the exam in proper manner...It Was not our candidates mistake too....one more thing my dear frnd giving 5% relaxation was constructed by NCTE at the time of commencement of RTE act...so never ever say that again..its sure we will struggle for our right 5% relaxation and we are sure we will deserve it soon...
Deletethat means 7 marks not only for wrong questions supplementary exam also low passed candidates that's why they added 7 mark to each if so how can we say this is not relaxation , even am also 82 In paper 2 in 2012 English . 100% in my view there is a chance to cancel the relaxation of 5% given in 2013 because what methods applicable to 2012 exam same procedure only need to follow court will cancel the relaxation .
DeleteCancelling the 5% relaxation is impossible bcoz it was anounced in TN Assembly under RULE 110..Court will not interfere in gov policy. 2012 canfidatrs demand their rights in court and there is a chance for them and will deserve it...

Deleteno one knows posting is going to process or not but now trb sent letter to election commission for asking whether cv will process or not , I don't know how they are asking this kind of details from trb , tnpsc clearly said election rules not at all affecting tnpsc cv , posting process but in same tamil nadu trb asking request . if not able to do cv for 82-89 candidates give posting to already cv finished candidates

Grace marks and revised exam were applicable to all the candidate including OC candidate . The relaxation of marks is applicable to only reservation candidate like sc st bc mbc not for OC. This relaxation is requestedfor 2012.
