இன்று ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் weightage பார்ப்தற்காக இனையதளத்தில் வெளியிட்ட பதிவினை பார்த்த ஆசிரியர்கள் தொடர்பு கொண்டு எழுப்பியசந்தேகத்தை போக்கும் வகையில் இந்த MS EXCELL Format திருத்தம் செய்து வெளியிடுகிறேன். இதனை பயன்படுத்துமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.
குறிப்பு: PAPER முதல் தாள் மதிப்பெண்களை டைப் செய்யவும்.PAPER இரண்டாம் தாள் PERCENTAGE டைப் செய்யவும் உதரணமாக 83 மார்க் என்றால் 55 என்று percentage ல் டைப் செய்யவும்(PAPER 2 ONLY)இந்த முறை பயனுள்ளதாக இருந்ததாக என்னை தொடர்பு கொண்டு பாராட்டிய ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு நன்றி.

i would request all the candidates who have completed their certificate verification to support us and include their name in the writ petition filled by me and my friends (three people) challenging the Relaxation of 5% and also the "G.O" . Honourable judge Nagamuthu has described the Trb in his own words as " all the confusions is because of the Trb" . The judge has even scrutinized the TRB for not following a genuine method.!Therefore there is no possibility of "Relaxation of marks this year". i am the petitioner and i was in the court on friday when the case hearing happenned and my advocate name is DR.NAMO NARAYANAN . Deletejust to get the votes from all the categories our honourable C.M has announced 5% relaxation. I am sure a good teacher knows the scenario and hopefully one shall not support the political game played by our political leaders! I am not against the relaxation marks but the timing of the relaxtion given is against the genuine policy! Our c.m should have announced it in the notification if she had really wanted to support the caste! Therefore teachers kindly do not cast your votes based on such things!!!

Cancel weightage system follow tet marks better.
If govt give relaxation to 2012, then they should be followed the tet marks. Because last year the passed candidates appointed through tet marks. If they followed weightage system, then there may be big problem.
For eg.
Rama got 92 marks in TET in 2012. His weightage was 68. He got posting.
Now, due to relaxation Raja passed with 85 in TET marks having weightage 75.
Now what may be his position.
He should be allotted for 2012 vacancies or 2013 vacancies.
If 2012 vacancies means those who got less weightage than him like rama in 2012 got job more weightage candidates did not get the job in 2012.
Now raja is the competitor for 2013 tet candidates. Already we got a lot of candidates (50,000 approximately)
So, the relaxation should be followed only from 2014 tet and till then tet marks should be going to follow. This is good for all tet passed candidates.

This is really a excellent case , Weightage system does not give good out put, it is one sided , i pray God to get justice.
