ReplyDeleteHello friends why are you talking about weightage weightage the court canceled the weightage follow new scientific method .In the beginning appointment is only based on employment seniority only .Nowadays it is completely neglected while the seniority people pass in Tet exam.so we follow Tet PASS+Employment seniority otherwise follow weightage system 10% of marks given employment seniority That is the justice .At present Govt. Not give any GO.BUT the younger people calculate new weightage and enter it.ist for time pass it is their ignorance . My suggestion is seniority also IMPORTANT.

ReplyDeleteThe judgement is favour for the younger generation only. Compare Correspondence B.Ed., and Govt. college B.Ed., students % with private B.Ed., students. Surely, later one got more %.
ReplyDeleteAt the same time 10 to 15 years back there were no internal marks. External examination for 100 marks, Now a days 75 for external and 25 for internal. So, This is simple basic. But the TET examination conducted in the same period and also syllabus common for all and same pattern. So they can give more weightage to this TET. Older candidates don't go to any coaching centre. They were waiting to get a job through seniority. Certainly they should be through tet examination. So, Atleast they could have been given marks for seniority instead of Plus two. This is not just for discussion or argument. Just think my dear friends. any mistake please forgive me.
Judge has more power. So, whatever he can say (Judgement )we follow. this is our fate.
For relaxation,
2012 batch exam is very difficult than 2013. But the relaxation given to 2013 only. Is this correct?
Game over for 2012. similarly, for 2013 also 80 % the game over.(except appointment not given)
For any game the rules and regulations should be draft before starting the game.
Judge is a big and talented person. He knows all. The judgement is favour for youngster only. Not for aged persons. Any way I congratulate the persons who will get the job through tet and I wish them a happy may day.

ReplyDeleteBoss my TET mark is 104, but my weightage is very low. If gov think I am unfit compared to the person who takes 82, but got good weightage it is their will and wish. I will survive working anywhere, but it will hurt, I joined as a supervisor in Chennai silk (my previous school management does not want me to work with them because I passed in TET), I know many of my juniors who got 82-89 but good weightage, it will hurt when they came to purchase something for which I have to stand with them as supervisorrrrrrr. The government would not understand our feelings. They are playing with our feelings. Good policies keep it up.
ReplyDeleteHey pal sorry for u. I too got 104 but I started working as medical representative because of low weightage, I know I will not get the job. Cheer up man, let the jrs work, but I agree with captain gov policies are worst in this matter.
