கல்விச்செய்தி நண்பர்களே..
நீங்கள் ஒவ்வொருவரும் கல்விச்செய்தியின் அங்கமே..
வாசகர்களின் கருத்து சுதந்திரத்தை வரவேற்கும் இந்தப்பகுதியை ஆரோக்கியமாக பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ள அன்புடன் வேண்டுகிறோம்.
குறிப்பு:
1. இங்கு பதிவாகும் கருத்துக்கள் வாசகர்களின் சொந்த கருத்துக்களே. கல்விச்செய்தி இதற்கு எவ்வகையிலும் பொறுப்பல்ல.
2. கருத்தை நிராகரிக்கவோ, குறைக்கவோ, தணிக்கை செய்யவோ கல்விச்செய்தி குழுவுக்கு முழு உரிமை உண்டு.
3. தனிமனித தாக்குதல்கள், நாகரிகமற்ற வார்த்தைகள், படைப்புக்கு பொருத்தமில்லாத கருத்துகள் நீக்கப்படும்.
4. தங்களின் பெயர் மற்றும் சரியான மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியை பயன்படுத்தி கருத்தை பதிவிட அன்புடன் வேண்டுகிறோம்.

What is the criteria to choose the teacher for surplus?
ReplyDeleteI am a tet passed candidate. My rank is 970 but my year of birth is 1986. But another candidate's rank is 1050 and his year of birth is 1984. Now who is supposed to go in surplus? We are appointment same day and same time....
Another canditate go to surplus because of age seniority
DeleteMr. Sanmuga in your case you are the surplus. You will be transfer to another school. BECAUSE same subject same day same session both are joined. But you are younger age. So you are the junior teacher. For surplus rank number never considered. Rank number only for your promotion.

ReplyDelete2014 என்பது செப்டம்பர் மாத இறுதியில் பணியில் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் என்று நினைக்கிறேன். அதற்கு வாய்ப்பு இருக்காது என்றே நினைக்கிறேன். ஏனெனில் பணியில் சேர்ந்து ஒரு வருடம் கூட நிறைவு பெறவில்லை. அரசின் இறுதி முடிவை பொறுத்தது. இந்த வருடம் உங்களுக்கு இல்லை என்றே மனதை திடப்படுத்துங்கள். Expectations வேண்டாம். அவ்வாறு திடப்படுத்தும் சமயத்தில் நீங்கள் கலந்தாய்வுக்கு தகுதியானவர்கள் என்ற செய்தி வரும் போது உங்கள் மனம் துள்ளல் பெறும். எனவே வெறும் ஈர்ப்பிற்க்காக பொய் சொல்ல எனது மனம் இடமளிக்கவில்லை.

ReplyDeleteSchool Station seniority will be considered first. Means you may be most senior in your servive. But for surplus purpose seniority is based on the date of joining in the particular school. If both are same date same subject same session joined then their date of birth is considered. No rank number in surplus situation
