Main Points of the Transfer Counselling Norms 2015-16

Transfer Counselling 2015-2016. The Main Points of the Transfer Counselling Norms based on the GO 232 DATED 10/07/2015:
1) Three years band:
The teachers who were appointed before 01.06.2012 in a school and completing three full academic years only eligible to this counselling.

2) Deployment: After the Deployment counselling only General Counselling and mutual transfer counselling should be done.
3) Mutual:
Mutual Transfer are allowed.But they cannot go the previous schools.
4) Exception:
As usual some exceptional are there in the three years band. Like Blind, Exserviceman, Widow quota.
5) No Unit Transfer:
 No unit transfer for DEE, ADW,Welfare schools to DSE.  Also no unit transfer from Municipal schools to DSE schools.
6)  Date of counselling:
The proper announcement for transfer counselling will be published in the News Papers & Media by DEE & DSE Directors soon.
