First calculate One day salary of August 2017
Ex: Gross Salary Rs : 40780/31 = 1315.48 rounded of nearest 1 rupee 1315
Gross Salary Rs : 55110/31 = 1777.74 rounded of nearest 1 rupee 1778
Then Log in your epay roll - clck Employee Management - Current Detail
Displayed Employee Master Detail
Click - Loans and Advances - Principle - Select - Over Payment Recovery
Enter All Detail
Enter Last Instalment Amount is 0 (Zero) then click save
as usual forward and approved DDO Login
then Pay Calculation

This method of calculation is wrong method is
ReplyDelete(pay +gp)/31 + da/31 + hra/31 + ma/31 = one day salary
in all four above items fraction should be rounded off to next rupee if it is 0.5 and above
otherwise round off to previous rupee if it is from 0.0 to 0.49
but the way of entering in payroll is correct
