All the District Election Officer / District Collector are Requested to assign Polling duty to the staffs through the randomization process and instruct the returning officer to provide training to the polling personnel and subsequently to issue appointment order to the polling personnel and ensure the time schedule as shown in the Table I & II for smooth conduct of election.
The details of the norms and steps followed for randomization process are enclosed.
