Disposing of a batch of writs, the Madras High Court Bench here has directed the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) to re-evaluate the papers of all the candidates who wrote the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET)
forthe post of post-graduate assistants in History and Commerce.
Justice S. Nagamuthu issued the direction after about 40 writs were filed in the court claiming that several questions, which featured in the question papers ofHistory and Commerce, were wrong.
A few petitions also disputed the correctness of a few answers published by the TRB in its final answer key.After ascertaining the claims of the petitioners with the help of experts in the subjects, Justice Nagamuthu passed an order instructing the TRB to delete three questions from the Commerce question paper on the ground that the questions were wrong, and to award marks to those questions to all the candidates. The judge further directed the TRB to revise the answers to two questions in the answer key for History and re-evaluate the papers of all the candidates based on the revised answers.At least, 37 questions in various subjects were challenged by the petitioners, but the judge upheld the validity of all the other questions and answers publishedby the TRB.Justice Nagamuthu also disposed of a batch of writs filed challenging various questions from the TET’s question paper forselection of Bachelor of Teaching(BT) assistants.The judge ordered the deletion of three questions and revision of three answers in the final answer key published by the TRB after consulting the experts.
In his order, Justice Nagamuthu directed the TRB to re-evaluate the answer papers in accordance with the deletion of the questions and revision of answers and publish the results accordingly.

ReplyDeletetotally 7 questions mention by the petitioners in her case.but the honourable judges says that 3 questions answers given by the trb is correct, so the judge neglect her request.and 3 questions were wrong and delete these questions and award full marks for all the candidate those who appeared in the examination. and she answered correct answer but trb not award mark for that questions.

ReplyDeleteTRB expert committee answers were as per Justice Nagamuthu committee. If we fill case in Supreme Court we may get few changes. Then what for TRB Board only court can final key. Then no one have problem. We would have save sometime teachers might get job by this time.

ReplyDeleteif it is not second list means , why did they publish it separately? . why it was not added with fist list. so this is additional separate one.they filed a case against the method of selecting. the method is that why trb calls only the senior in the same cut off mark. if 10 members are in same cut off mark ,instead of call the 2 seniors, call call the 10 candidates and see the waightage then select the pot 2 members. so those who are got more than cut off mark they will be sure to posting

ReplyDeletedear friend, Better don't see weightge. Purely see the tet mark. select by tet mark, If same tet mark then see the weightage, this also same see the employment seniority if it is also same then see experience.

in pg trb english be- if u have one mark more than cut off ' u will be sure to posting. bcz the problem is only those who are in same cut off. in cut of (bc English )only one senior candidate is called fr cv (88), remaining 30 abdicates r not called. bcz trb needs only one candidate to fill the 247 posing. so the case is filed against trb's selecting method. why u consider the seniority only and also consider experiences. so the trb going to calculate the seniority and experience of the 31 same cut of mark candidates and will select topper of the 31. if any body selected in 1st list,they need not to fear expect the cut off mark candidate. trb selected in the range of 1:1, so trb needs only one candidate in 88 marks. among the 31 one candidate will be selected
