ORDER : The following amendment is issued to the above said G.O. ( Ms. ) No.25 , Housing and Urban Development Department , dated 02.02.2021
Amendment
( 1 ) In the existing para 4 of the above said G.O. , the following lines shall be deleted : " The Head of Account for the loan outgo and remittance by Tamil Nadu Housing Board respectively will be indicated as and when required "
( ii ) The following para shall be inserted as para 5 " Monthly recovery of this last instalment shall be effected and credited to the applicable Government head of account by the DDOS concerned as per existing norms and on the same terms and conditions as applicable to Housing Building Advance "
( iii ) Para 5 in the said G.O. , shall be renamed as para 6
