MY answer: SIR appo ug trb exam two times only conducted by our government. again they fill the posting by seniority wise. ezhuthiyaudane pass pannamudiumna 2012 la nadantha tet examla neenka een pass akala? now also more senior persons got above 95 mark. even they got 100,102 marks but their cutoff mark is very low because of the weightage system. we against the weightage system only not for tet exam.
MR.Saravanan sir pootti poottu above 95 to 103 mark eduthum cutoff mark kuraiuthey. tet marka base seithu posting pootta probleme illai.
Simbu sir padithu udane velai vendrum ena neenka aasai paduvathu pola than matravarkalum aasai paduvarkal.

அனைத்து மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள நம் கல்வி செய்தி நண்பர்கள் . அவரவர் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்து டி.இ.டி யில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்று உள்ளவர்களின் அனைவரின் weight age னை. kalviseithi க்கு அனுப்பி வைத்தால் உண்மையான weightage நமக்கு தெரிந்து விடும். நாம் அதனை ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக சேகரித்து அனைத்தையும் excel ல் போட்டால் நம்முடைய subjectwice, community wice RANK நமக்கு தெரிந்துவிடும். இந்த வேலையை நாம் அனைவரும் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து செய்தால் மட்டுமே சாத்தியம். இதனை ஒரு வாரத்திற்குள் நாம் அறிந்து கொள்ளலாம். அது முறைகேடு தடுக்க இது ஒரு உதவியாக இருக்கும் முறைகேடு நடக்காது இருப்பினும் இது நமக்கு உதவியாக இருக்கும்

Weightage System in Gujarat :
ReplyDelete1). Gujarat Government conducts TAT Exam once in a year to recruit teachers.
2). TAT means Teacher Aptitude Test. This test consisting of 2 papers. First paper is TET Exam pattern having 150 questions.
3). The second paper consists of 100 questions from major subject (Gujarati, English, Maths, ........etc).
4). TAT consists of 250 marks (150 from TET + 100 from major subject).
5). 70% Weightage of 250 marks is given to Written Objective Type Examination.
6). The remaining 30% is given to the academic qualification.
NOTE : No problem is faced by B.ed candidates in Gujarat.
NOTE : Why big problem in Tamil Nadu.
