ReplyDeleteThis is sekar, am working in TNSTC conductor , Dharmapuri district. Am spending contribution to NHIS. My NHIS ID no is : DPI/03/001027/NHIS12/3457602. My wife name is Rajani. She is admitted in Ganga hospital, coimbatore on 05.09.2021 for Ortho surgery. Before admission hospital side told, your insurance company pay only 50 percentage of money , balance 50 percentage you pay. We also accepted. Bcoz no another option. Former govt we paid for NHIS 180/per month, now 300/ per month. But no changes in 50 percentage pay. Surgery done on 06.09.2021, 09am. Treating doctor told on 07.09.2021. Hospital insurance team told me on 07.09.2021 at 4 pm, we sent your bills for final approval to insurance company, if final approval come, you go to home. Today 08.09.2021 , morning onwards I contact hospital insurance office, they told contact NHIS toll free no. Always they told, process going on. Evening 3.53 toll free staffs gave NHIS TL Mr. Seduraman (9150066933 ) mobile no. I called 10 times from 3.59 to 4.37pm. but he is not pick my call. Again I search state treasury office no : 04424321764, I spoke with staffs told , you contact insurance company.
What is the use of insurance policy. After treatment completed all patient like to go home. Insurance company behavior is without human being . Rented car also waiting for morning onwards, how we manage?
If , govt not deduct my money, my own willing I put policy in any private insurance company. They give claim soon. I requested to our hounarable CM, in the short period , many good changes in many part. NHIS part only very worst position, kindly concentrate and give solution.

DeleteAnyone got cashless treatment in NHIS. What is mean insurance policy. 50 percentage concession only given. Monthly premium 180 time and 300 time all are same. What purpose increase amount from 180 to 300.
