Govt & trb didn't finalised whether weightage mode followed for selection or appointed based on tet marks as last year.
Shortly trb wil decide it & announce the selection mode. Also knew that weightage mode is not a compulsory one for selection.
Though quality is important govt changed its thought & given relaxation to 82 -89 marks since equality in society would b most important.
Another important issue is reservation. Only state in india following 69% reservation is our tn. But last year all tet candidates without publishing communal rank list trb appointed.
Few community candidates filled more than the reservation count%. Few get less count. But our CM announced communal reservation followed in TET 2012. So 1st trb want to equalise the reservation% count by merging both tet posts. If any one community appointed last year more, in this tet their post count wil b decreased to manage the reservation%.
Last year tet candidates never asked y more than the reservation% posts get appointed. All think only their own favour.
Only if they get disturbed all shout as above all comments about weightage & without weightage. Now the tn govt announced to collect last yr posts also with reservation count & too 2013 tet with communal rotation. Not a single tet candidate get appointed more than a reservation% as per Indian constituency rule. TN govt started following it since last tet final list not yet published.
PG selection list got ready for publishing but delayed due to tet process. Shortly it would b published nearby or before tn govt budget & counselling date to b announced & get appointed within feb 2014.
Too tet cv list for 82-89 get published shortly within va week. Then tet selection list process would b started. Since election commission margin date announced as feb last week for govt issues, tn govt urges trb to finish the tet process soon. But still cv list for relaxation not published. If completed-tet too appointed with pg. Else it wil b postponed. Just 20 days more for all surprise.
To shorten the time factor, trb may follow only tet marks or they decide a suitable weightage mark for relaxation candidates. Anything trb wil announce a best mode which is processed quicker for appointment & that selection wil combine only the qualified & merit candidates.
(Now tet friends r fighting for a mode of selection. Think the stage of tet candidates who got 82 to 89 in tet 2012 those who r rejected for relaxation though they proved their marks in 1.5 hr. If the court orders to give relaxation from tet 2012-50% of the present post goes to them.)

My kind request for you is 'Do not spread rumour' . If you got authentic information from TRB, share it here otherwise do not share any. Most of the statements in your above essay look like they are merely based on your assumption and not any close to actual facts.

ReplyDeleteBecause if some of the candidates again will goes to court for reservation relaxation marks 5% for 2012 tet exam also .... then again by political pressure and for MP election vote if tn govt will says that this relaxation will be applicanle to 2012 tet exam also as like 2013 tet exam (this is also possible because both exams were completed one) And adding weitage to them in newly passed 2012 tet candidates after 5% relaxation... What will happen...some candidates might got higher waitage marks because of their +12,degree & B.Ed marks... THAN those candidates who got positing in 2012 Tet exam with least weightage because all the tet passed candidates got the positing..
then what ...THOSE candidate with higher weightage after 5% relaxation marks will definitely goes to court and state that SOME candidates who got lesser weitage marks in 2012 tet exam on compare to them had been posted in the govt teacher job and those should be pulled out of the job and they should be replaced in that post in accordance to the weitage system followed in G.O. No.252....HOW IS IT....THINK....AM I RIGHT ?
TN GOVT SHOULD TAKE FIRM DECISION ON THIS ISSUE WITHOUT COMPROMISING ON THE QUALITY OF POOR MAN'S EDUCATION.

ReplyDeleteHow the TRB is going to solve the issues. What is their next step. Why this much confusion to our CM. Is she think about the problems before announcing the relaxation of marks. 90 Mark is OK. For whom this announcement given by the govt. Now the candidates who scored 90 and less than 90 both are not goint o vote for the ruling govt. Because the 2012 candidates are going to come in.

இவையெல்லாம் நமக்கு எதிரான நடவடிக்கைகள்
1) 5% இட ஒதுக்கீட்டு பிரிவினருக்கு தளர்வு வழங்க பட்டுள்ளது.(ஏன் CV முடித்த 27000 பேர்களில் இட ஒதுக்கீட்டு பிரிவினர்கள்{sc,st,mbc,dnt,bc,bc m} இல்லையா?
2) 82-89 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு weightage மதிப்பெண் குறைப்பு குறித்து எந்த அறிக்கையும் இதுவரை வெளியிடாதது.
3) 2012 ல் நடந்த tet தேர்வுக்கும் 5% தளர்வு வழங்க வேண்டும் என தலமை செயலகத்தையும்,உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தையும் அனுக்கியிருப்பது.
4) புதிய தேசிய கல்விகொள்கையானது ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் குறைந்த பட்சம் 1 முறையாவது tet தேர்வு நடத்த வேண்டும்,நடத்தி முடித்த 2 மாதங்களுக்குள் முடிவு வெளியிட வேண்டும்,முடிவு வந்த 3 மாதங்களுக்குள் பணி நியமனம் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
5) அதைவிட கொடுமை trb நிர்ணயித்த அனைத்து தகுதிகளையும் வைத்து கொண்டு cv யும் முடித்து விட்டு, இவர்கள் செய்வததை வேடிக்கை பார்ப்பது.

Even if govt likes to give relaxation for pass it is full under control of TRB to fix selection mode. It is not compulsory to give weightage for them know? If they get TET pass certificate they can use in private school also in future

ReplyDeleteTrb first short list the 2012 tet candidates weightage mark list & then as 2nd list 2013 selection list shall b made. Because they get qualified in 2012.
Anything wil happens. Govt have the right to change any selection process according to the judicial order. ( one thing govt dropped as only after completing UG TRB tet candidates are get appointed. Instead of ug trb govt announced weightage. Now they can change even that if it trouble the appointment process.)
I'm expecting the same And God only help the 2012 candidate's when the PG selection list anybody know

இதை விட எளிய முறையை நான் சொல்கிறேன்...முதலில் GOOGLE சென்று GOOGLE INPUT TOOL தரவிறக்கம் செய்து அதை இன்ஸ்டால் செய்து கொள்ளுங்கள்....பின்பு ALT+SHIFT அழுத்தினால் உங்களின் மொழி மாறும்.....இந்த ஒன்றில் மட்டுந தான் எனக்கு தெரிந்து மிக சுலபமாக ஆங்கில எழுத்துகளை தமிழ் மொழி சொற்கள் போல டைப் செய்தால் அது தமிழில் சுலபமாக வரும்......

ReplyDeleteDECLARATION OF NEW CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION AFTER CONDUCTING THE EXAMINATION IS UNREASONABLE, ARBITRARY AND AGAINST ARTICLE 14 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA:
Kerala High Court: In a pivotal issue regarding the qualification process of the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission, the Court ruled that changing the qualifying criteria after conducting the examination and a few days before the publishing the result will clearly be termed as one changing the rules of the game itself at the last stage. The same will be hit by Article 14 of the Constitution of India and is, therefore ultra vires. After relying on many Supreme Court judgments, T. R. Ramachandran Nair, J. observed that the basic function of an examining body like UGC is to maintain the standards of education and research and set the cut off marks for passing an examination. This does not include setting the bar for the selection of qualified candidates.
In this case the UGC changed the eligibility criteria for passing the test two days before the publication of the result. The Court, therefore ruled that fixing of the higher aggregate marks as 65%, 60% and 55% for three categories, that too just before the announcement of the result, cannot be justified as the same is not supportable in law in the light of the principles already discussed. The appeal of the petitioners was allowed and the Court declared that all the petitioners who have obtained the separate minimum prescribed in the notification for Papers I, II and III, have cleared the NET and appropriate follow up actions will be taken to issue certificates to them within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.(Roopakala Prasad v. ReplyDeleteThe govt Annouces 5% relaxation in Tet marks for Reservation category.The Govt Announced After C.V. of Tet 2013. Generally The G.O. for 5% Tet mark relaxation commenced on or after the date of issue of G.O.In this G.O. The govt Announces Previous TET 2013 Examination Why did not extended to Tet 2012 May and Tet 2012 AUG. The only Solution is High Court may intervene in this matter and will give historical verdict to solve all problem pray god everyday.
